This happens all the time. I ordered a double hamburger (not a double cheese, due to cheese allergies), I asked for bacon and mayo, no mustard and no onions... Y'know what I got? A double cheese, with mustard, onions and no bacon (which I got charged for). Well I thought I was going to be impressed with the service here but I was sadly mistaken. Food was decent- until I chipped my tooth on a hard piece of chicken nugget. Very unhappy. Service wasn’t too bad- received a phone call regarding my incident which I was impressed and conversed a few times until the calls just stopped after they promised compensation.
