Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montague

I’ve been to Tim’s Montague many times before and had no issues everything was great. But today I went in to the drive-through and I asked for an iced Capp made with almond milk because I can’t have dairy. And they gave me an iced Capp made with whip cream and milk and they told me it was made with almond milk. Then I went back I went inside this time and ask them to remake me an ice cap with almond milk and I pacifically said almond milk and they gave me an ice cap with milk. I hate that Tim Hortons upper management is so adamant about unrealistic drive through times that their employees must achieve. You are running your poor workers off their feet. Chill out, let them take a moment longer. I had a hastily and poorly put together sandwich thrust at me just now. As any Tim's establishment, it has its ups and downs lol. This particular one has had a good track record for food. I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on that haha. This particular location is horrible for early morning/lunch/supper because it has a short area to line up and people end up along the side of the road, which is super annoying to other traffic.
