Pizza Delight — Restaurant in Montague

Went in to get pizza, garlic fingers and wings. It was over 50 bucks and the lady couldn't even take the time to put my hot sauce inside the box. I have a lease on my car so I called and asked to have the sauce cleaned out of under my seat and factory amp. I understand that I was the one who spilt it. But they were the ones who set it on top of the box with their cheap slick plastic dishes. I don't exactly have three hands to open up the box and put it in. Even when I went in to ask for napkins the lady apologized 3 or 4 times because it was her fault for leaving it on the top. I also waited 5-10 mins and the pizza was half cold and had almost no donair sauce. And i live about 3 minutes from the restaurant. I have been going here for years, and probably spent several thousand here over the last 8-10 years. Just goes to show loyalty means nothing to this business. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Awful service, mediocre food, and high prices. I'll take my money to famous peppers or greco from now on. Cause this 57 dollar pizza run is gonna cost me 160. And it's still sitting in my fridge. Not to mention it hasn't even been hot out yet and my car smells like a Frank red hot bottle that sat in sunlight for days.

Figured I should add the lady on the phone was very rude. She kept putting me on brief holds "2-4" seconds then would come back with a snarky remark. Not to mention one of the last things she said was that the lady was doing me a favor by leaving the donair sauce on top of the box so it doesnt clump and go bad. At that point my blood boiled. Because it's hot sauce that was on top. The donair sauce was where ? Right where she said it shouldn't have been. Inside the box. One awful all around experience for a place I've been ordering take out from since...

My mother and I both ordered a super donair. what we got was no cheese on it, so it was sent back for cheese, it came back with cheese that looked like someone had thrown up on our plates. STRANGEST LOOKING CHEESE WE HAD EVER SEEN !! GROOOOSSS. The garlic fingers had very little cheese as well. The super donair was so bad looking We couldn't eat them. The waitress Jewel was the only good thing about this place, she went to ask for a discount she was told to take 10$ off our meal ,well to be honest I dont think that was acceptable.. I read the receipt and says proud to be Atlantic Canadian and locally Owned ....well sorry for anyone who believes that the owners are locals but them and the kitchen staff are not canadian and obviously dont know how to properly cook our local type of food, and dont care what ingredients they use. DO NOT EAT HERE, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HORRIFIC PLACE, I feel bad for the poor waitress who will have to deal with the many more complaints that im sure...

We went for a spontaneous dinner. The restaurant was near empty when we arrived. Our drinks arrived via a manager (our server was too young to serve alcohol) but after that we were totally forgotten by our server. Another server came over after 15 minutes and asked if we had our order taken. Another 20 minutes for food (again empty but 1 table restaurant), no one came to check on us for our meal and my other half's Donair was almost completely burnt inside, we didn't have time to order another (or get the chance to as there were no servers to be seen). We had to force down our almost inedible food as we had other places to be, paid and left. The only reason we went there was for a cookie skillet and didn't even get the chance to order it. This has been 1 bad experience after another. We will now never return. Save your money and...
