Ad-deyafa — Restaurant in Montreal

This is the worst Moroccan restaurant I’ve ever seen in Montréal. If I could give them -10 I would do because they don’t deserve this star. I was craving djaj mhamer and wanted to take advantage of my stay in Montréal to taste a delicious meal but unfortunately it was not the case. First of all, the local is not clean at all, I was about to throw up just because of the smell. They gave us a chicken from the day before , they did not bother themselves to warm the food enough or to ask us if we want a whole chicken or just half of it. As soon as I saw the chicken I said to my husband to leave right away and when my husband went to pay the bill the owner did not care at all he took the money without asking why we are leaving , the most important thing for him is money without thinking about quality and customers. The worst Moroccan food I have ever had. The place is rundown and smelly. The washroom is disgusting. We got lamb couscous that was still cold. We asked for them to heat up the meat it was like it was taken out of the fridge and put on the plate. No flavour. I got beef with olives and potatoes and it was soooooo spicy I could not eat it. I dipped one little piece of bread in and my eyes started watering. We mentioned to one of the ladies she said no it’s only a little spicy. Initially we asked for a menu and they didn’t have just pictures up at the front. I wanted chicken couscous but they didn’t have. No prices nothing. She charged me for the untouched meal and the other one that only have a few mouthfuls taken. Don’t wast your money. We drove all over for this one definitely...

Service client vraiment nul: on a commandé sur UberEat et nous nous sommes trompés dans notre commande. Nous avons pris 2 tajines au lieu de deux couscous et nous sommes rendu compte de notre erreur. Nous avons donc appelé immédiatement le restaurant (30 seconds après à peine), et nous avons eu 3 interlocuteurs différents... En fin de compte, la cuisinière nous dit que c'est une perte car c'est déjà chauffé selon elle et qu'il est impossible d'interchanger les plats, même s'ils étaient au même prix sur Ubereat. Elle me soutient d'ailleurs que chez elle, les prix sont différents que sur UberEat.... Discours pas clair et surtout mauvaise foi. Nous avions proposé d'annuler et de recommander les bons plats ce qui a été refusé par la cuisinière qui nous renvoyait faire une plainte vers UberEat. En résumé: Je ne recommande pas d'utiliser UberEat, ni de commander dans le restaurant Ad-deyafa. Parce qu'il est presque impossible de faire une annulation ou une correction du côté de UberEat une fois la commande passée. Pour le restaurant, nous avons recu alors 2 tajines Agneau qui étaient correct, un bouillon à côté (apparemment pour le couscous) à 2$ et qui n'était pas bon. Nous avions pris deux soupes Harira aussi (5.5$ chaque) et elles étaient horrible, elles goûtaient le sachet en poudre Knorr. On ne l'a pas mangé et on l'a même jeté. On avait commandé un gâteau aussi mais on ne l'a pas recu. Au total, ca nous a coûté 55.93$: un...
