Terrible service, cold cappuccino that was served with dirty utensils! Disgusting! The cappuccino didn't have a proper base plate. The server threw away my receipts in the garbage without asking me if I wanted the receipt, and then she pulled it out of the garbage instead of printing a new one!! We were served cold cappuccino both of us, cold chocolate croissant even when we asked for it to be warmed up.all four utensils were very dirty with food stuck on the utensils. When I asked to have them replaced because they were dirty, the server gave me this confused look and put them back in the serving area to give to someone else! It's totally unsanitary!! Never going back, if you can walk a little further, go to la petite Breton and get excellent service, delicious cappuccino, and amazing pastries at amazing prices...

Picked up a sandwich and a torsade au chocolat. The sandwich was tasty but I would have wanted them to heat it up a little more for the brie to melt, maybe the employees were in a rush and didn't leave my sandwich in the panini press long enough. The torsade was ok. The price for these items is ridiculous. That little torsade was $4.50+tax. Not worth it, there's other places especially in le plateau area who sell bigger torsades for the same amount. The customer service was underwhelming. There were 4 people behind the cash / counter area and none of them even looked up to make eye contact to ask what I needed, so I waited in front of the cash to get their attention. I get that it's not an easy or fun job, but an acknowledgement...

We went to Pain Doré one morning to pick up some fresh bread for breakfast. There seemed to be a good selection behind the glass counter and my young son picked out a nice looking multigrain for 6$ and we had it sliced. When sitting down to breakfast, we were surprised to find that the slices were…cold. It wasn’t that they were simply not warm, they were straight up cold!
