Ordered twice from here and both times had issues. The first time, they didn’t add straws into the order so the whole drink was pretty much undrinkable. The second time, they completely forgot to add 1 of the 3 drinks I ordered… had to get refunded with UberEats but it was a let down because one person didn’t get their drink!

Also, the tapioca pearls in the drinks are the stalest things I’ve ever tasted. They seem undercooked (they were extremely tough to chew). We ended up throwing out the whole drink because of it. Literally disgusting and a waste of...

Second time I order via DoorDash. First time the tapioca were rock solid as though they were not cooked. Despite this, I decided to try them again today - Not only are the tapioca uncooked again (very hard), but they also filled the cups with ice when I asked for no ice. Some might say that ice is a minor issue, however, they put so much ice that you end up with 50% less of what you ordered! Never again.
