I have been to this café numerous times in the past, and the service has been relatively okay, but extremely slow. However as of late the portions have been very inconsistent, when ordering fries, sometimes the container comes full, sometimes at best I get only half of a container. Today's experience however was less than acceptable, after ordering 2 medium 12" pizzas and a large fry, waited over 30 minutes, the two pizzas given were smalls. Upon arguing with the clerk he assured the size was correct, looking under the box, it was clearly indicated 10". 12" pizzas don't usually fit inside a 10" boxes. My payment was made using visa and no refund for the difference was possible. I was obliged to take an additional small fry as compensation which ended up being somewhat undercooked cause they were rushed. I don't feel this...
Read morewent there for the 1st time today october 4 at around 7pm. I was considering getting a panini. The attendant was distant and very reluctant to serve me or even answer my questions (I am black) but was quite nice to an english speaking white patron. I speak french so I did not understand his coldness, towards me. NEVER AGAIN
This is a follow up to your response. NO there were no customers before me that I can recall, and even if that were the case, why is it the attendant can not say something nice such as "just a moment" or "there are customers ahead of you". The fact that you judge me as arrogant is just you putting up excuses for bad service. I am a humble, low key person but I will always refuse to be treated like garbage. And btw the fact that you be north african does not mean you can't...
Read moreI went there about three times, each time saying to myself that the coffee will be better, I gave them a chance, big mistake, waste of money.
I ordered a latte (basically steamed milk and a shot espresso) and the "barista" girl was going to pour coffee syrup intead of real coffee. If I'd wanted Nesquik I'd go to the local supermarket instead.
Another time I ordered a an iced cappucino and the "barista" guy clearly didn't know what he was doing, he seemed unsure what he needed and wasted a lot of time looking around. He ended up serving me a concoction of steamed and cold milk barely tasting anything like a cappucino.
The only nice experience I had there was when I bought a bottle of Snapple.
If you don't know how to make coffee then don't serve it and also don't sell it...
