Chez Céramique Bistro — Restaurant in Montreal

My girlfriend and I had our very first date at Chez Ceramic Bistro June 1st 2025, and it will forever hold a special place in my heart. We did pottery together, guided by our teacher, Mr. Darwich, who was so kind and patient with us. I quickly realized pottery is much harder than it looks!

Since pottery happens in stages, our first date naturally led us back again to sand our mugs, and soon we’ll return once more to paint them. Each visit has felt like another chapter in our story, and the mugs we’re creating together will always be a symbol of how it all began.

My husband and I just went there for the pottery and had such an amazing time and the owner was so kind. We didn't get to taste the food yet but we intend to be back to taste the food and coffee and even do the ceramic decor. It's family friendly while also being a great spot for a date or to catch up with friends. Will definitely be back. I went to do the ceramic painting with two friends: we LOVED this place! Its a hidden gem!
