I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lylac Resto Lounge, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish!

Food: The food was absolutely outstanding! Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and crafted with care. Service: The service was top-notch. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. We never felt rushed, and the overall service was friendly and professional.

Birthday Party Experience: My friend hosted her child’s birthday party here, and it couldn’t have gone better! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate the party, and the kids had a fantastic time. The restaurant provided ample space, and the atmosphere was lively yet organized. They made sure everything was set up perfectly, and the food was a hit with both kids and adults.

Convenience: One of the standout features of Lylac Resto Lounge is the convenience. There is plenty of free parking available, which is a huge plus, especially for events. It made the experience stress-free for all the guests attending the birthday party.

Pros : Cleanest shishas I’ve seen, clearly they take good care of them. Cheese and zaatar pita was top and the meat mix kebab was really good. The ambiance is amazing, good music and clean decorations, tables and floors. The menu and vibes make you feel like you’re in Lebanon.

Cons : What is the point of having so much staff if they don’t offer any service? There were over 10+ employees facing the terrace to serve everyone. After ordering our food and shisha nobody ever came back to see us. We had to stop someone to get drinks, then stop someone else to get a refill on drinks, then stop someone to order desert, then stop someone to get a refill on water. They never cleared any of the empty plates and drinks on our table or on any of the tables around us. It was so frustrating having empty dishes piled up on our table and other tables around us and seeing staff walk empty handed constantly around the tables ignoring the dishes. They never asked if the food was good or anything. They never refilled the waters. To top it off, our table was filthy when we sat on it. Dust and dead bugs all over. We wiped it ourselves with napkins because it was impossible to flag any employees down. Super disappointed with the service, the only place in mtl/Laval that’s over staffed yet nobody is actually working.

Super grossed out by the service and really sad because this place could’ve been the best in the area if it wasn’t for the lazy staff. I work in service, it is really not that hard to be proactive and...

I will never go back to this restaurant for the following resons: 1 the food was not so good as people pretending in their reviews. Arabic I am, I found food do not taste good. Especially red meat. Restautaurant pretending has a lounge space but in fact it is an area covered you feel like in garage 3 they putting in evidence the sign of no smoking. But they are offering chicha to all client in all areas of restaurant. They are violating the right on being in free srea smoking 4 I found the place particularly the one coveted dirty and not clean a lot of spiders and dust stucking close to the light near all tables 5 tables are covered with tiny layer of dust and utencil are not on the table with glasses when you arrive until you ask to bring them. And their ustencil are not so clean 6 smile and welcome are the biggest weakness of the staff 7 in the menu you can read this illegal note: for group of people you will charged 15% plus for service and this will appear in your bill. Tip was never been mandatiry in quebec and far to be added formally in the bill they are violating the quebec law regarding the bill. Excep the price and privincial and federal taxes they are not allowed ti change the format of the bill and force people to pay the tip as servuce charge In overall, ugly and dirty place over priced..
