I just wanna update my review because I have been ordering the same crofre for almost a week every single day. What i noticed is day by day they reduce the amount of the Nutella and fruit and they just add lots of cream. when i ask him just to put the regular amount of Nutella that they put for me since day one they just want to charge extra. On top of that I used to always order through the phone now every time you call them they tell you know you have to order through Uber so they can get their extra one dollar through Uber. I have show them that I am a regular customer and I have been ordering this for a while and I know how supposed to be, but they don’t care.

A note for the business owner: it’s not about getting a new customer every day it’s about keeping them make sure they return to you. Consistency is a key and customer service is very important.

Crofres Snowdon – My New Go-To Spot!

I’ve been meaning to try Crofres for a while now, and I finally stopped by their Snowdon branch—and wow, I’m so glad I did.

What really blew me away is how they nailed that perfect balance between a croissant and a waffle. You get the flaky, buttery layers of a croissant with the crispy edges and soft inside of a waffle—literally the best of both worlds in every bite. It’s so unique, yet surprisingly comforting. Not too sweet, not too heavy, just right.

The space itself is cozy and super clean, and the service was genuinely friendly. You can tell they care about the experience just as much as the product.

Whether you’re grabbing something quick or sitting down to treat yourself, this place hits the spot. Definitely a new favorite. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re anywhere...

It was my first time eating there, but it was definitely delicious! The croissant/waffle itself was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with a very croissant-like buttery taste. I wish there was a way to imitate the layer-like feeling of an actual croissant when you bite into it too, but it's made up by the layers of toppings.

I ate the banana brûlée flavored crofre; topped with syrup, caramelized top bananas, chocolate, cinnamon with their fresh yet not too sweet crème fraîche. Definitely loved it, I do think the cinnamon could've been sprinkled lighter if I was picky about it.
