I am rating not because of your food quality but for the most terrible service I have received from one of your employees today at 5071 Decarie Pizza Pizza. When I went to pick up my food, the guy at counter said he doesn’t see my name and asked me to go to Pizza Hut instead! He was judging me with an attitude that I did a mistake. Although I paid full invoice through Uber Eats, he kept insisting there’s no pick up request under my name. Finally I had to show him my Uber eats invoice to confirm that it was not me rather himself who did a mistake. Without any apology, he kept me waiting then finally I got my pizza, French fries with chicken wings without any ketchup and salt packs (they are included in the order). When I politely asked is there any other complimentary items he could offer since I’m not getting what I was expecting, he then asked me to leave, branded me as a problematic and demanding client. Devastated by his mistreatment, I wanted to speak with his manager. Then he started laughing at me and telling me that he name is Mehdi, he is the boss of this Pizza Pizza Franchise. I can do whatever I want against his wrongdoings. He doesn’t care it at all and he will NOT apologize. He also arrogantly questioned me that “hey man what are you going to do if I don’t say sorry” huh? Thinking of other clients in the queue, I had to leave with a feeling of disgust. I don’t know he is the real manager or not. If this is true, may be someday you will get your ‘Karma’. We go in and they refuse to serve us because they're closing soon without even asking what we wanted to order. Second time we go, same thing happens, but we go around 11 pm, it says they close at 1 and they still refuse to serve us because they're closing... Yet there we're people waiting for their food. Yesterday, we order online: XL pizza with bacon crumbs, oregano on top and breadsticks. We go to pick up the order; they forgot the sauce. We got back to get it. Home, we taste the pizza, it fully tastes as if they replaced oregano with pure salt on the pizza, it was mediocre. We call the central, they tell us to go get the new pizza in 15 minutes. I had to argue with them to change the order to no spices on top (oregano) since that was the problem. We got get the pizza, the cashier has attitude, didn't ask what was the problem or say sorry for the order, and gives us a smaller pizza than the XL we ordered at first... its was a REPLACEMENT though... When called the customer service the person started explaining me that it was not their mistake even after explaining more than 3 times the customer service representative was still arguing also pizza table (pizza saver) was missing in the box which was the main reason because of which the pizza became messed up in the first place and this too the customer service denied was not a mistake of pizza pizza after that they agreed for a replacement and again that pizza was not the same one as I ordered before and was again missing the pizza table also the second pizza took almost 2 hours until which I was no more hungry because of this whole situation. But pizza pizza does not have any option for refund. Which I think they should have I spent 50 buck for the pizza at the time I wanted to eat but in return I get a pizza which is in no condition to eat and after 2 hours I receive the replacement which was not up-to the expectations as well.
