I visited this place as I wanted to have the desi hyderabadi biryani and also because I came from toronto to montreal and this USED to be my favourite place when I was in montreal.While I know we went in the busy hours but the service here was more than pathetic. I ordered a appetizer along with naan and biryani. Firstly when I ordered the girl had no pen or anything in her hand to note down the order. She got us the appetizer and after waiting for 10 mins when I called her and asked about the naans she said she would check and get back. Later she comes up with biryani, when asked where are the naans she says I never ordered them. I then told her that she confirmed the order twice and she was supposed to check. She with a blank face told me NOBODY ORDERS NAAN WITH APPETIZER.I mean how can that be an answer to it?? Instead of apologizing being sorry about it she answers like this and then she tells me that naan would take 10 mins. I was so so frustrated by her attitude. I got my friends along with me and after waiting for almost 15 mins for the food this is what we got.

Being on the top by being the best place for biryani is one thing but trying to maintain that place should always be priority. I felt so disappointed by her behaviour that we just left the place with unprofessional experience.

PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BEHAVE APPROPRIATELY BECAUSE YOU MIGHT HAVE THE BEST FOOD BUT THEY ARE THE ONE WHO RUN THE SHOW WHEN CUSTOMERS COME IN...

I had the WORST experience at this restaurant. Yesterday, I placed a mobile order for a Dum Biryani Party Pack. I even called to confirm, and they assured me it would be ready by 5:00 PM. Later, I called again just to double-check, and they told me it would actually be delayed until 5:30 PM.

Fine, I reached there at 5:30. The restaurant was practically EMPTY — maybe 4 customers inside — yet my order was still not ready. They kept making me wait with the same excuse over and over: “2 more minutes, it’s ready”. I heard that line at least 3 times, and after waiting almost 20 extra minutes, I was finally told to pay first.

Here’s where it gets worse: while paying, they suddenly tell me my order was put in as a family pack instead of a party pack — even though it was clearly confirmed over the phone. When I argued, they quickly went to the back, came back in a minute, and said, “It’s fine, we’ll fix it.”

They charged me $120 for a party pack and handed me the order. But when I opened it at the party, it was OBVIOUS what they did — they just dumped a ton of rice on top of the family pack and passed it off as a party pack. No extra meat, no proper portioning — just 90% rice. Completely unacceptable.

This place has ZERO respect for customers. The food was mediocre at best, and the way they handled the situation was shady and dishonest. I will never go back here, and I strongly recommend others to stay away...

A 0 if i could. Called and specifically requested mild, i had guests with kids over. They confirmed no problem and the guy even asked me to ask the cashier to taste to know if it was to taste. Bought 2 tray for 35$ each and 2 chicken 65. Drove all the way from South shore and what a disappointment it was. I felt ashamed in front of my guests. It was not edible at all, soooo spicy. Nothing like hyderabadi biryani and yes i have eaten the authentic ones in India which by the way was less spicy. It's more like 5 huge bloody pieces of chicken in extremeley spicy masala and rice that burned the hell out of our mouth and fire coming out of our eyes and ears. We could hardly swallow a few spoonfuls. I called to complain and the lady said she'll call back. An hr later i had to call again to ask for the Manager as she never followed up. How can they serve wrong orders?? You need to be flexible for your customers orders, if you can't accomodate, just refuse don't promise and do this. I had to drive back to return the tray coz i an't throwing away food and fought for my 70$ back. The cashier refused that i tasted before i pick up and was only worried about me paying. She's extremely rude, no sense of customer service at all, and she knew she was wrong as she hid under her mask when i came back in.
