Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Montreal

Pizza was taking more time than usual. Called in to check up. Staff was laughing at me on the phone. Talked to supervisor, apologized and said that the kid is a good person, but can still hear them laughing in the background. All I wanted to know i if the food is out since their tracking is telling me that the pizza is ready and has been in double checked status for the pass hour pizza arrived burnt and cold.

Original: PRO: The delivery is always super fast and the delivery people are always super nice! (except for one, that decided the tips for me on the interac machine but he doesnt seem to be working there anymore)

CON: They seem to always forget ingredients on the pizza and dont even bother choosing a double or triple ingredient as they will not do it even if...

Order from here quite a bit. Ordered last week and received a half cooked pizza. I was in a rush and had to leave soon after the order arrived. I called in and the manager said not a problem next time you order rhe pizza is on the house. Great i thought. Well not so great. I just called today and asked to have my free pizza. Now I am told the note on the account says i get a half price pizza. Why would i be charged for a pizza that i couldn’t eat??? After talking with Amir i could see that this was going nowhere so i decided to just let them keep my hard earned money and called the taxi service that is now delivering food. Tou know who i M talking about. Either way i noticed that you get a cheap pizza when you use the coupons from the app anyways. So...

I checked online and it said the restaurant closes at 12:00. We show up there at 11 and the doors are closed so we knocked, tried to make eye contact with the employees that for sure hear us banging on their window. No answer. I would think they would at least have the decency to tell us that the restaurant is closed if that was the case(especially since there are no opening hours written on the door), but that didn't happen. So I called the number, asking if they didnt hear us ? He said yes we did, but it's only open for delivery... which is understandable but at least have the decency to tell me so. Bottom line I'm giving two stars instead of one because they did end up...
