Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Montreal

Worst pizza hut ever !! Tastes below average compared to other locations. But the worst unprofessional egoist pathetic service ever !!! There is an old guy i dont know the name , doesn't greet and makes faces as if we are asking for his own bank balance. And the worst part is that old guy thinks the website&app are run by different company different. I ordered and it first showed "awaiting confirmation" and later it changed to preparing and stated "order is in oven" , a few mins later i received a call from pizza hut, ( i ordered for my lunch break pickup and was at shift ) as it showed preparing and i will pick it up in 10 mins and was at office i could not pickup. Later the pickup time was 1.05pm i went at 1.10pm and the old guy says is this your number and says as you did not pickup the call we did not prepare the order. I asked why did the app say order preparing and in oven , to which he said "what app" that is app sir , it is different. Was he thinking i was talking about whatsapp or amazon app????? Or maybe netflix! Later i tried to explain to him that other locations and dominos , i order on the app and go pickup when the app says ready. To which he pulled the bill out of my hands and said if you want to argue with me , you are the one at loss , your order is getting late! I walked out of the restaurant immediately. I know these places are franchise, whoever is the owner , change your manager shift manager and front desk people , then the place would not look as deserted as...

I've frequented the Pizza Hut located nearby, and I must say, it's quite a convenient spot. The free parking available nearby makes it easy to visit without any hassle.

I ordered 4 pizzas for my daughter birthday party... and 3 of them were good and one pizza was completely wrong missing pineapple thats not the pizza I ordered... when I called the restaurant 9870 Boul. Saint-Laurent Montréal, QC H3L 2N3..there is a guy who answered the phone 1st he didnt accept that order was wrong he said thats what I ordered for and there is no pineapple on that order... after I said I have the order confirmation on my email then he went to check and said yah its true our fault then I asked for refund for that pizza only. He said he can’t do that and he asked me to bring back the pizza to the store ..thats a very bad customer service and he was rude over the phone I wasn’t near the store for to bring it back.. it will take me 30 mins to go to the store and come back so almost 1hour... and it’s my daughter birthday party .. while I was talking he was laughing making comments about my regust and also he put the phone on the line for 30 mins ..I could hear them talking in the back and he is working.. he never came back to the phone... thats very disrespectful ..I told him I will do the complaint he said do whatever you want...what kind of service is that.....
