TERRIBLE!!!

One star is too much to give this place!!!

#1-Service at the counter was incredibly terrible. The person working the cash could barely speak english or french, not the best place to put him.

#2-FOOD....DISASTER. After I place my order with the "cashier", the pizza maker decides that he will help the cashier with another customer. Then comes over and starts making my sub. Looks dumbfounded when i tell him that i don't want that one, to make me another one because after touching the money he hasn't washed his hands and is now touching all ingredients with his bare hands! Says it's not true that he used the Tongs and not his hands, I reply Ok, how did you open the bread, how did you just put the lettuce on it? "Cashier" then begins to insist that only he touches money....to which I point out the other client standing there and ask the "cashier", Ok, what did he order? Of course he realized that he was wrong and changed his tune after telling me to relax that he'd make me another one. To which I respond, I WILL NOT. They are serving food to people and people can get very sick. If they don't know what they're doing, to learn food handling (mandatory in Quebec restaurants) or bare MINIMUM get gloves!! resto cleanliness, cross contamination and fridge temperatures must be really pretty in this place. OWNER you really need to look after your business and take serving people food more...

DO NOT ORDER POUTINE OR HOTDOGS FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!! the reason is because its just simply nasty. Nastiest meal I ever ordered by far! The poutine ; dry, not enough sauce, extremely salty nasty fries, not cheese curds, COLD I literly had to throw it in the garbage. The hot dog ; COLD undercooked sausage and bread not toasted nasty bun, the condaments were not fresh it was just disgusting. My stomach is turning just writting about it. The quality is a -5 at this restaurant and it's sad because my boyfriend had ordered from a different location but same franchise and the quality was a 5 star. The poutine had cheese curds it was so good tbe hot dogs were toasted amazing quality then at this place is was the total opposite. Really bad place honestly I have pass an order and after 1 hour waiting still didn’t receive my order I call them to tell them nicely what happen they saying you have to wait nothing else we can do at the moment and close the phone !!!!

Not even 1 star deserved plus my wife pregnant she was not happy at all we had to go out and grab something fast when all we wanted to relax...
