I need to explain my score 2/5. I feel bad because their client service is 5/5, very warm, very welcoming and nice. However, good Customer service is not everything in the restaurant business. Indeed, taste, food quality, and presentation represent 80% of the score. As a persian, I had big expectations for this place since reviews were very high. Unfortunately, average people's standard are pretty low so they don't know what great persian kabab taste. Visually, what I ordered (kabab e koobideh=minced beef kabab, kabab e barg=filet mignon and joojeh kabab=chicken breast) looked nice. It smelled good. However, taste was not wow. Filet mignon was not tender and juicy (not good quality meat), joojeh kabab was the worst, it was a disaster as I could have done the same and even better at home using my oven. The koobideh was the best among all but it was a bit dry. In addition to my previous comments, the worst part is that all was blend and the spice mix was not well balanced. Overall it does not meet true persian standard and price was too expensive compared to other places. Very sad as I thought I found a new persian restaurant. Anyway, I would say that I recommend only if other persian restaurants are too far but don't expect traditional persian kabab, you will be disappointed.

I’ve visited this restaurant several times, and they’ve never disappointed us! The service is consistently excellent, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. It’s always a pleasure to dine here, and the quality of food and service keeps bringing us back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great Iranian dining experience!

My Taste buds are always dancing when I eat here. My favourite spot to eat their chicken & beef kebabs. I’ve tried other places, still doesn’t compare to the freshness of eating it on the spot. I highly recommend you try their kebab Royal, and dine in, that way you maximize the flavours and juices in your mouth. God bless and enjoy 👌🏽🎉

Iranian food is my most favorite cuisine in this world. I've been to many popular Iranian restaurants in Montreal: Quartier Perse, Tehran, Byblos, Yas... just to name a few. I can certainly say that Fardin is the best. You should definitely try their safran chicken, which is unbelievably juicy, tender and tasty. The noodle soup with beans are so thick and filling and good. The portions are so big that I have to share with my boyfriend every time. And surprisingly, the price is much cheaper than any other restaurants that I've been to.

The restaurant is quite new and hiding in a corner of a shopping mall, that's why not many people are aware of the existence of such a nice restaurant in the neighbourhood.

Come and support Mr Fardin, and I promise you will get addicted to his delicious food and keep coming back, just like me and my boyfriend...

Absolutely delicious meals that feel like they're home cooked. (So freaking flavourful)

I always have the beef and chicken skewers combo (royal) and they never disappoint. A large portion of deliciously seasoned meats, a generous helping of saffron rice, and a little side salad will sate even the hungriest patron.

The gentleman who runs the establishment is a darling to boot. Friendly, attentive and always smiling.

3 stars for atmosphere because it's in a strip mall "food court", not the best, but the food is miles above...
