Phở Thành Nam Quan — Restaurant in Montreal

I was first introduced this restaurant 3 years ago and it was good before today.

Today, the food was still good but the server lady was too rude so I lost my appitite and I couldn't eat anything!

First, she got the orders very wrong and gave us the wrong food but I could understand her because it was too busy in the dining room.

But the problem was her terrible attitude. When I complained about the wrong food, she insisted she had no mistakes for the orders and rather got angry at me. After long argument about this, she finally gave us the right food but she missed some vegetables for the noudle soup. So I tried to ask it to her but she ignored completely my words several times. In the end, I lost my patience with her terrible attitude as well as my appetite so I wanted to leave thia restaurant without eating any food although the other my famaily started their eating.

When I was about to leave there, another lady who looked like a manager came to me and listend all the situation. Then, she suggested another idea with saying sorry and I accepted it.

Unfortunately, however, I still felt unhappy because the server's attitude already spoiled my family's rime for the dining out and of course I could eat NOTHING!

Anyway I never recommend this restaurant if you expect the clean, kind and good service (In fact, the dishes were not clean. So I asked the server lady to change them but she insisted they are clean although there are something black and brown looking like the dry meant pieces.). We came here on a Wednesday afternoon to have lunch. We walked in and seated ourselves, it wasn’t as busy, and got served with a cold jasmine tea right away. The table has all the utensils, sriracha, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, chili crisp but the highlight was the pickled garlic that was SO good! We ate it while eating the rice bowl and it’s such a good palate cleanser in between bites of your soup! We’re kind of sad that the smaller seemed smaller, but glad to see they kept the best sellers. As usual, it didn’t disappoint despite the fact that we haven’t been here in years! It still tasted the same! Only complaint was that we finished our tea and was expected a refill or someone to come and give us more water, but no one did even though it wasn’t busy… at all. Duuuuuuuuuuuuuude. I been around the block when it comes to pho. I love the fact they all got their different recipes. It ain't like McDonald's franchise type. I go there. I get a specific pho tai with that bun bo hue broth and by the time I got to pay I'm literally in a coma with my debit card in hand. Waiters and waitresses serve you super well and man like seriously I love this place so much I really needed to write a review. I'm always there. Always. Done deal. I walk out happy. I would 6 stars it if I could. Best place so far. Just keep in mind that every pho place varies. But like I said. I been places, man....
