The ONLY reason I’m not giving this place 1 star is because the actual soup/stew was tasty and the lady who took my order was nice but I have to be honest here. I called and asked for palm soup and was told it came with beef and goat, cool. I also ordered a side of jellof rice. When I opened the bag there was oil literally everywhere all over the bag and containers, inside the palm soup which was very small for $35 there was no joke 20-30ml of pure oil (the photo of oil in the cup was oil I poured out of the soup) There was no actual beef by beef they mean a piece of cow skin (very chewy) and a piece of goat stomach (a little more tender but still very chewy) and the jelof rice was nothing special and 100% came out of the microwave. It pains me to leave a bad review on a black owned business but for $57.50 I feel like I’ve been robbed.

I took a plate of egusi soup with swallow. Really disappointed regarding the quantity and the price. The food was good, but the soup wasn't enough for the 2 yam! First time eating Nigerian food and I was expecting more đŸ„Č idem for the jollof rice. Wasn't tasty. My friend's (ewedu soup) was missing spices.

The menu provided had English and French rendering for food options. The food (Suya+plantain, nkwobi, chin chin) was tasty, prepared fresh, and the lady was nice. Also, the ambience and utensils were squeaky clean with a good choice of African music in the background.

Had a friend order in food just this evening to this horrible restaurant via uber eats, food ordered was banga and starch, food delivered was EBA AND EGUSI SOUP. I mean how does that work. We tried calling to complain and all we got were insults and insinuation that we what we got was what we ordered even after obvious screenshots of our order from uber eats. Really really sad to say the least. To save yourself from a horrible experience i, tru this review advice you to stay away from this scams. They are...

This is the worst Nigerian food I’ve had in a long time. I’ve tried Nigerian dishes in several provinces, but this was by far the most disappointing. After eating it, I felt nauseous and had an upset stomach. I spent $75 on two dishes and ended up throwing the rest away. The soup that came with the amala was completely tasteless and disgusting more like tomato paste with no seasoning or flavor. The eguzi tasted raw and disastrous. This could make...
