The food is alright. Ive learned to stick to the sandwiches the side dishes i rather get from the grocery store. Not as hot as it should be when ordered. Can be slow at times in restaurant but considering that they closed the one in Lasalle on 90 Ave Lachine and Verdun i guess its a little normal. The worst thing is that the app is extremely slow. When i clicked on pay now it took 20 min to give me the payment screen also i could not customize my sandwich. There is a icon that says customize but when you click it does not allow to make changes to your sandwich for example if you dont want mayo. So i had to place the order on the app in the restaurant so i can say no mayo. When you have a problem with the app even if you show the workers that there is a problem if its a offer that the app can only give you they wont be able to help you or even place the order in store. So they have to turn down a customer that has been going there longer than they have been a live. Risking loosing a 40 year customer. I think KFC has to work on the app to make it faster and more reliable. Also they need to give a way for a manager to place a order if the app is not functioning right. KFC over the years has been diminishing and becoming more costly. They have to make changes so they dont go extinct. The employees were kind and the service was alright but there limited to being able to help a customer when there is a problem due to system set up. KFC has become extremely expensive. I usually only go there when theres a good deal. When i saw the size of the chicken tenders 6 for 19.99 i laughed and cried at the same time. KFC has to make changes you dont get much but...
Read moreI went here with my girlfriend on Monday. There was only a couple of customers in the store so I decided to place my order, in the hopes that it wouldnt take too long. The lady told me it would take 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting about 40 minutes and the guy before me had been waiting an hour for his meal.
It seems like the employees in the kitchen prefer laughing for 20 minutes rather than cook the customers meal. And this without being able to speak a proper word of french and english. They were also trying to blame the cashier which was the only person doing her job correctly. Eventually people started getting mad and orders came through. A lot of mistsakes were also being made. I asked for no pickles but both of my burgers had pickles. Another lady got brown meat instead of white meat.
The girl in back told me that she gave me some extra chicken tenders in order to compensate me for my time but last time I checked giving someone ONE chicken tender for making them wait 40 minutes isnt exactly what I would call great customer service. If youre gonna eat here make sure you bring a book or an ipad and you can probably finish an episode of XYZ show on netflix.
And if the owner is reading this, get your act together and fire these people in the kitchen because youre gonna...
Read moreUpdate : They added a new section recently called ‘Pickled Menu’ but literally nothing is available every time we go 🤣.
Last year, the restaurant had a promotion for the spicy chicken, which was something i hadn’t seen before and loved it! I was going there quite often and my boyfriend and i were disappointed when we found out it was only available for a limited time.
Recently, we saw it being advertised in the store again, so we got excited and kept coming back to get it. But every time we’ve gone, we’ve been told it’s out of stock. Since it’s a limited-time item, we assumed it had run out and went elsewhere. We’ve come back at least six times, and on two of those visits, we were told different things. One employee told me it depends on the day, which is why I returned today—only to be told it’s only available in the mornings. That seems really odd to us.
If the item isn’t consistently available, or is only offered on certain days or times, could you please include that in the advertising? It would really help manage...
