Kojax Souflaki — Restaurant in Montreal

Not surprisingly the rating of 1.8 is pretty accurate. The personnel in this place are disrespectful and talk down to you and make you feel as though they are doing you a favor. Every change that you make is an extra surcharge. I got the kojax special (the most expensive plate on their menu) and found myself getting charged just for asking for half fries and half rice. I have been a loyal customer for decades now. The taste of the meat is not good anymore. It's time to find another place with better tasting food and better behaving people. I went to check this restaurant's rating thinking that it must not be just me who feels like this. And I was right. It wasn't just me and I'm not crazy. In the last 20 years, their quality of service and products has taken a nosedive downwards. I guess that the owners of this chain are not to interested or concerned about the terrible rating. As a businessman with multiple retail businesses, the first thing that I would recommend to the owners is to get rid of two very bad employees and also put someone new incharge as a manager, so that they can get control over their downward spiral. One Italian lady and one Québecois lady. These two need to go back on the job market and find jobs that don't involve dealings with the public. I have tolerated them now for over a year and since the food there has also become very bad, I have decided to abandon them and seek better food...

GOT SICK. BEWARE.

Two people got sick hours (3-5h) after eating chicken pita. One was a child who started with stomach aches 3 hours after eating, vomited 5 hours after eating and then had fever up to 39.7°C the following night, almost went to st justine. It lasted two days.

The other was an adult who suffered extreme stomach aches that started 5 hours after eating. Lasted a day and a half with lots of sleeping.

It starts with a little plate being fulled with salad, and you think "Ok, oughta be the salad plate", but no, after they put on the pita, rice, sauce, and a weird mechanical separated chicken instead of real chick gyros. At the end, there is so much on that little plate that you start eating and everything falls on the table, so you wasted half the plate. For the price, there are a lot of better Greek options, pretty much any other. Had to complement with a A&W buddy burger... First and last time I...
