La Belle Place — Restaurant in Montreal

Place was a dirty, drinking glasses looked foggy and I was met with a bug crawling on my table. Order of 3 Burgers and a Large Poutine took about 40 minutes to arrive. Poutine was alright, since it's pretty hard to screw up gravy on fries. Burgers on the other hand were undercooked, and I found a piece of plastic in mine.

My friend asked for no pickles but they tried to argue that relish wasn't a pickle. Then they begrudgingly gave us "new" burgers about 3 minutes later and assured us they were new. It just seemed like they wiped off the relish and put a new bun due to the lingering taste of pickle. I don't know how this place is still running with how poorly they screw up the simplest things. It also surprised me that you can take 40 minutes to make a burger and still manage to undercook it. It must take a special kind of indolence to pull this off.

All in all, awful experience. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to eat here. I don't know what kind of bots are giving this place anything above a 2 star, because no human should be able to stomach food and service this awful, especially for the prices...

WORST PLACE. Don't go there. The waitress was not nice with me when she forgot my water. I only ask a long time after waiting and she was mad at me for asking for my water. And she was not busy, i was seeing her looking at the floor doing nothing. It was weird. I don't want to judge, but it surely a sad old lady that did that all of her life and not happy... :(

The place is so dirty and weird. I've never seen a bathroom so dirty like this. Like they don't even try. The toilet bol that was originally black was all white of calcium? I did not get it.

The Food was ok. Toast and butter weird. I expected that it will be an ok place...but never expect that my experience will be so weird haha.

I will never ever go back there. And i don't...

I adore ordering from here, the food always arrives HOT. Not cold, not lukewarm, HOT. It's the restaurant experience at home. The food is well packaged and the presentation looks good. It never looks rushed and I know how busy they get! The taste and quality has remained top notch (been ordering there for a few years now). I haven't eaten in yet due to scheduling but I have picked up my food a few times, it has a classic look for a Quebec diner, it's quaint. But it's also why I expressed this was a delivery review...
