Piroz Pizzeria — Restaurant in Montreal

My recent experience at Piroz Pizzeria was unfortunately soured by the rude and arrogant behavior of a staff members. From the moment I approached them with a request for approximate arrival of the food, their attitude was dismissive and condescending. They communicate only in french and don’t even care about other speaking individuals. It is simple that we ask for the exact time when the food doesn’t served on time, which was told when the order was placed. It was clear they were frustrated by my simple inquiry. Their tone was disrespectful and their demeanor reeked of impatience. Instead of addressing my request with professionalism, they responded with rude and arrogant way . Their rudeness overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. I felt disrespected and unappreciated throughout the interaction. The staff member's frustration was palpable and unprofessional and it seems to me that they are not trained to deal in a polite way. Their behavior reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. I recently visited Piroz Pizza and was thoroughly impressed with several aspects of the experience. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service with a friendly and attentive attitude. The food was actually really good; our pepperoni pizza slices were delicious, with the perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and crispy crust.

The prices are very, very good, offering excellent value for the quality of food. Additionally, the service is very fast, making it a convenient option for a quick and satisfying meal. The eat-in tables were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant dining environment.

However, I can only give 3 out of 5 stars for the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the large window was left open at night, and we were approached by a few unhoused individuals who pestered us through the window. This detracted from the overall dining experience, but otherwise, Piroz Pizza is a great spot for quality pizza, exceptional service, and...

It's an alright place. Their pizza tastes like bus station pizza if you know what I mean. Despite using fresh ingredients and very generous toppings... the pizza just tastes very bland.

Their chicken is a whole other story. I'm convinced their chicken is given a salt wash before the batter because it is salty as hell. The crust has not much flavor either.... however... if you dip the chicken in the bland gravy.... the saltiness actually makes the gravy good! Weird.

And their fries are... so/so.

Service is quick! Maybe too quick, I got hurried up even though there was no one else waiting for orders... and everything went so fast... they forgot a part of my order.

I of course didn't notice till I was far away where I went to eat my food... but there was no point in going back anyways.

So if you like salty chicken and bland pizza this is the right...
