Le Poke Station Hochelaga/Ontario (NOUVELLE ADMINISTRATION) — Restaurant in Montreal

I ordered an hour ago, and no one has come. I have been calling for 15 minutes and no one is picking up the phone. I guess they closed the place and don't care if someone didn't get their order.

It used to be good for the price, but they increased their price a lot, and their service got way worse. Most orders are wrong lately, and I am so disappointed that they didn't even send my meal today!

Additionally their menu lacks customization. We should be able to choose to have vegetables instead of having to add "crunchies" like chips and stuff.

Overall this place is mediocre, at best, and with the decline in service and increase in prices I will be looking for a replacement.

Edit: Ok, it did finally get delivered after more than an hour. The driver left it on my doorstep without even knocking to let me know it was there. I was told it was left there when I contacted the restaurant on facebook to complain. I was already ordering from Hawaii Poke by then, but at least I found out before I wound up with two Poke bowls!

The person who answered on their facebook page says they stopped delivery from the Hochelaga restaurant, so now we get everything from Masson, and it's normal for it to take more than an hour. I don't understand why you would let delivery drivers go when there is such a problem with getting orders out on time like this.

Anyway, I will increase to 3 stars because I did, at least, get my...

Overall the food was delicious.

We did find the menu a bit confusing, took us a good moment to understand and after having placed our order, we realized we actually had not understood the menu after all. You have to start by choosing the base and then you get to choose the toppings... some things are included, some are extra... every bowl comes with lettuce (had I noticed, I would of asked for no lettuce).

The staff was nice, but seemed a bit distracted with their conversation... I feel like they could of understood we didn't understand what we were getting by the amount of questions we were asking... they should be better prepared to clarify their menu to the customers.

Wait was a bit long but there were a few other people there, someone that ordered after us got served before us... and it was...

The poke bowls are good, the portions are big and the price for a delivery is rather cheap. We ordered from this place at least 10 times now, but not in the last couple of months. Our last 4 orders were incorrect with either missing or incorrect item. They used to call to let us know (thank you!) about one missing ingredient, but lately they were simply missing when we opened them up.

Second before last, they did not include any sauce in the poké, resulting in a bad experience. We decided to go one more time and the 3$ extra Shrimp was missing.

We might try again in the future, to see if they are back to what it used to be (and I would change the rating accordingly). Note: We always ordered...
