New opening of a KFC here on Ontario street. Very clean, very friendly staff. Food was served hot and fresh. The macaroni was not the crasiest in terms of flavour, but was good and without off flavours such as expired mayo or old batch. The fries were good, nothing to say. The popcorn chicken were also good and crispy, did not feel old, not overcooked. The burger was nice and crispy with generous amount of spicy mayo, which made it so the bruger was not dry. The overall dish was very nice. The cashier and staff was very friendly as well. Service was fairly fast (7mins). The place itself was very clean, including clean bathroom. However, moght be nitpicking, but they should change the soap they use as the fragrance is so potent, that all I could smell while eating was the soap when I was eating, which can impede on the dining experience. The atmosphere is a bit lacking, no background music, or anything - only the occasionnal uber eats ping when they get an order and other machinery sounds - I recommend they add some sort of whitenoise or very low volume background music. Furthermore, they have a 4 seat charging table, which is convenient for solo eaters who can charge their phone while eating. Otherwise, great addition to the neighborhood.

Where to start? The place is still well located and there is parking fortunately. I don't go there often and we understand why! It's quite greasy and coupons are scarce. The last time I was there, I used my cell phone to show the code too difficult for her, she did not enter the code I paid full price. I realized only at home 😡 This time I'm not taking a chance, I'm bringing my coupons. They ask me to cut them??? If I show it with my cell phone no need, it is where the logic but hey I run. It's written so small that the cashier has to use her cellphone's magnifying glass to see the code...you work there every day, wouldn't you like to write it down once and for all and leave it next to your checkout? In any case, the order arrives and I can't wait to leave. I realize she forgot a glass for the pop fountain. Instead of doing the job properly she was chatting with another client on an unrelated subject. Let's talk chicken now, the big pieces they cut in half!!! I understand that we are coming out of the pandemic but still. Very very cheap to do that, luckily I don't eat it often during the year. The sign will go bankrupt, that's for sure.

Had to walk out. Entered the restaurant and found a smell of sewer, huge water damage and tripping hazard. Moved on to order and waited 30min in line while watching a disorganized team ignore customers while yelling at each other. Finally got to the counter, only for them to tell me that anything off the menu would take 45min minimum, and most likely a lot more. Before I could ask questions, they moved on to talking to someone else who had been waiting for their order for ages. Don't waste your time, move on.

They have so many people working, but most of them are standing around. There is no teamwork or system. I waited 30 minutes for a 4 piece meal which I ordered with an extra piece of bread (50 cents) and a potato salad. After 15 minutes of waiting, THEY SERVED the 2 people ahead of me with 2 piece meals instead of me with my 4 piece meal. They then STARTED a new batch of chicken (they could not start cooking it AHEAD of time in anticipation of more customers???) and 15 minutes later, instead of doing my order first the idiot girl at the counter started preparing 5 meals simultaneously and another person behind me even got their meal before mine. When she put the meal up on the counter, nobody was at the cash to actually give it to me and so after another 30 seconds of asking for them to give me my meal since I had been waiting for 30 minutes, I went behind the counter and got it myself. It was missing the bread which I paid for and they gave me a macaroni salad instead of potato salad. I asked for my bread and they said they didn't have any left (it was still early in the evening, around 18h30). They said they didn't have it. I said I paid for it and expect my bread. Apparently they forgot to make a new batch, despite having 4 employees doing ONE THING AT A TIME BETWEEN THEM ALL - like 1 person would cook the chicken which 3 stood around. 1 person would bring the chicken over while 3 stood around. 1 person would prepare the meals while 3 stood around. And of course, when she felt like it, the so called cashier would sometimes take an order despite the lineup being 8 persons long! They finally offered me a small fries in place of the bread. This is by far one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had in my life. Totally incompetent employees who do not give a f$ck...

I live around 3 mins by car, but it took them over 2 hours to deliver the order. I live on the 3rd floor and gave the exact address. However, the driver put the order in front of the door of the "building" and left without informing me that the order had already arrived. I had to call the restaurant a few times to confirm with them when I could receive the order. The other side on the phone was always very noisy and sometimes I was not able to hear. I remember a rude French-speaking female employee put the phone aside for a few minutes to serve another customer while I was still waiting on the phone. During that time, anyone in the street could took my order away. Besides, half of the gravy was spilled out when I received the order. I can't find any sauce or receipt in the order, either. I think they took away the small receipt so that I don't have the store number and that they can prevent me from writing an online survey. The only positive thing from this experice was that one of their employees left an apological message and gave me one more sandwich, which made me feel better. I wish to say "Thank You" to this kind employee. Also, when I was trying to place the order, the website didn't allow me to pay at first. The website only accepted my payment on my 4th or 5th try. Overall, the order and delivery experience was very troublesome and...
