Restaurant Boustan — Restaurant in Montreal

At 1 a.m., I ordered 2 veg. Pita, and they send me chicken pita. When I called them that I wanted to speak with your manager about your big mistake , the guy on the phone said he is the manager but I am certain that he was not the manager. Because manager can not give excuse like that they have so much order at 1 am that's why they made mistake, Do you actually believe that. In the beginning, they didn't accept their mistake, they said it's falafal, then they said it's only one chicken. But it was both chicken. At least if you make a mistake, just accept it, don't try to act over smart. The person on the phone was arrogantly stupid. He was not ready to accept the mistake. He even told me to talk with uber, tell me what should I talk with uber, uber didn't make my order, it was you, no not you it was Boustan. I was eating from Boustan for about 1.5 years but now because of that person I will never order anything from...

This is the first time i share a bad review. When they first open there doors the food was great! I was so happy to have a boustan in hochelaga. Today is the last time i go there.. Ive had a few so so experience in the past when the food was cold but nothing more. Today i ask for my plate wish they usually microwave part of.. But this time they microwave all of my different cold salads with it too.. I told him what he had just done he didnt seem too bothered by it and gave me extra coleslaw.. He also forgot to give me a few of the side dishes on the plate, including the aioli sauce witch he said didnt come with the meal.( it does, its even in the picture of the meal). And too top it all the food wasnt fresh. Parts of it had a sour taste.

Ill be going back to a boustan because i do believe the are the best at doing lebanese fast food but never again am i going to...

In the past I would always get great service and a generous portion. Last time I went, they were messing up all the orders ahead of me by giving clients the wrong sandwiches. After they seemed to have sorted it out I got my order and headed home. When I opened it up, to my surprise, they gave me beef instead of chicken, which I do not eat, and if I did, it was very poorly garnished. I called to tell them they messed up and that I could not return at that time as I was already far away. The guy seemed like he didn’t know what to do and then promised me a free one next time I came but was rushing to get off the phone without asking for my name, number or anything.
