Worst McDonald's experience EVER! Got there at 1:02 am. Went to the drive thru. Waited at least 5-7 minutes once actually in front of the ordering stand-screen. Then actually didn't get any service but the guy who just arrived and went to the right screen got his order in right away !! 🤬 Then ordered in French deux McPoulet junior. To which the girl didn't seem to understand me at all. Then once she confirmed, the screen showed the information from the other guy ordering ? Confused I asked if she got my order and if I should proceed. She said yes. Then proceeded to wait minimum 20 + minutes !!! To eventually get there. She gave my order plus a poutine in to excuse the delay. Which I care nothing about and it honestly looks like left overs put in a box with red sauce on it... long story short 30+ minutes for two somewhat warm Junior Chickens. 🤬🤬🤬NEVER...

Usually before writing a negative review I try to give an establishment another chance. And without a slightest of a doubt this is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever had the displeasure of spending my money at. Numerous times I've ordered my food from this one as it's the closes to my work. And without missing a beat, each time theyve made a McDisaster of my order. Be it the time we ordered McDoubles and Large fries to have received the packaging, of the McDouble smother inside the box of the large fry (box of fries less than half full with cold soggy fries). Getting drinks wrong, ordering a box of 10 nuggets and getting 8, or 9. Forgetting a patty in a McDouble. The list of screw ups is endless. Walked into McDonalds at 11pm and service was so slow as only 2 employees were working. Drive-thru was out of order and was instructed to enter to place my order. Used one of McDonalds electronic self serve unites. After 10 min employee ask me for my order number and instructed me that kitchen never received order. Took another 10 min to finally get my order. I open my burger to find out missing bread and my poutine tasted bland. Also one poutine was missing. The truth is quality and service has been diminished at McDonalds over the last couple of years because of not enough staff and a ever increasing menu being too big to keep up with demands. McDo executives should be ashamed of themselves for placing their staff and clients in such a horrible client...
