Really Great Selection of Cheeses! Their Smoked Blue Cheese is an awesome pairing with a Palazzo Brunello!! There Red leciester is Good and if you like Blue Cheese try out the Buttermilk(never seen it before comes from the USA). Came Back and got Blue Berri Maple syrup Jam to Try!October 1/2022 Pate! I thought something was wrong with it. I just left it in my fridge in a wrapper and a ziplock bag. 3days later I decided to eat it and get it out of the way before it got Worse! Then I noticed that it was completely streaked with blue veins and was when tasted(was different when bought) was simply the best cheese of that type I had maybe ever eaten!! Du Fromage 🧀 et de la Charcuterie à n’en plus finir …. Des produits du Québec mais pas seulement. En tant que français j’y retrouve tous les produits que j’aime. Certes le prix est plus élevé mais la qualité y est sans aucuns doutes et puis nous ne sommes pas en France mais à Montréal (arrêtons de comparer). Magnifique fromagerie de quartier. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Un parfait commerce de proximité. ☺️

Nous avons commandé des plateaux à partager pour les fêtes de nouvel an et nous nous sommes tout simplement régalés. De belles découvertes et si vous avez l’occasion allez demander le « Vintage Chedar Cheese » 🧀 avec des cristaux dedans ! Celui sur la photo ! Ils sauront de quoi je parle haha 😆

Ils offres aussi en hiver le prêt d’appareil à raclette et aussi une belle gamme de fromage pour celle-ci ! 😍 Nb: le personnel est très souriant , serviable et connaisseur de leurs produits !
