Story time: We placed an order one month ago on Doordash (DD). We were craving some McFlurries (one oreo, one smartie, and one cookie dough confetti) while binge watching the Blacklist (you should totally watch it if you have not seen it). Anyway, we placed the order and our driver was so disoriented. He was going in circles to find us...he finally did...however, we were dissatisfied. Instead of providing us with 3 McFlurries, we got 3 chai frappés....I do not know what the employees at McDonalds were thinking... We contacted DD as the restaurant made a mistake, and we attempted to reorder...and what did we get this time you might ask? THREE MANGO SMOOTHIES? If you guessed that, you would be correct. Why is that a bad option you might ask? Well, my sister is deadly allergic to mangos. So we threw them all out.
Moral of the story, 0/2 correct orders. We even left a voicemail with the restaurant and no one ever got back to us. If you want good ice cream, it is worth to pay a bit more and go to the Italian place on Gouin. Will not be returning, ever.

We went here for an in-resto lunch with 2 toddlers (we were 4 in total). Other than the kids had fun in the playpark, I think it will be easier if I list all the issues encountered:
When I got to the table with the food, I realized that the server forgot to add the fries that I ordered with the Happy Meals and so I had to go back to ask for them
Got back to the table and realized there were no straws for the kids’ chocolate milks, so I had to go back to ask for them
Got back to the table, and I set up the crepes for the kids and I realized there were no utensils, so had to go back to ask for them
Came back to the table only to find that the kids drank the mini milks that I got for my coffee (😂😂) so I had to go back to kindly request 2 more and I explained what happened. The server was annoyed at this point (as was I!!) and said that she could not give me more as they needed to be punched into the cash, and that I needed to go back to stand in line if I wanted them (there were 5 people already in line and the kids were getting restless so no!).😡
There was a self serve counter but all the counter was set up for was ketchup and napkins, nothing else.

Read morePlaced a mobile order, got the confirmation, drove to the location, went through the drive-thru, gave my confirmation code. Was told order was not in their system. Then told to advance to the first window. At the window, they still couldn't figure where my order is. Went inside the restaurant to re-place the same order. Girl at counter kept rolling her eyes, called over balding manager that kept screaming "there is no mobile order!" I had to ask him, "Why are you getting upset??" All I wanted was my order that their system accepted... Then they told me that to redeem the 3$ rebate that you get when you place an mobile order that they would need to scan the QR code. When I tried to click on the "scan at restaurant" button on the app, it gave an error message. Girl at cash#3 then says there's nothing she can do... then decides to manually enter a gift card code for 3 dollars. Odd thing is I re-ordered the same items but I was charged .45 cents more than my mobile order since she only put in the 3$ rebate after taxes compared to the mobile order.
