Since forever, restaurants ask if you need ketchup or mayo with your meal. Not this McDonald’s. Here, you’ve got one shot to request condiments when you order—or tough luck. I asked the cashier for ketchup after paying, and she told me my window was closed, suggesting I try the pickup counter. This McDonald's chef are struggling to meet with the demands. The space management is very poor, feels cramped, claustrophobic even.

The place has 3 lanes to enter from; entrance, exit and "Mobile order", which is also the lane where some sneaky clients try to skip the line.

The lines get messy when they meet around the crossing point of the entrance and exit, due to a trash can poorly placed next to a row of tables.

All in all, same food, same kind of people, same service. All...
