What an absolute hidden Indian Gem In Verdun First of all I apologize for not taking a picture , we literally finished everything and then thought about leaving the review So I discovered this place while I am doing Uber eat and the Cashier was very nice and friendly. I asked her what would she recommends if I want to order from here. Later on the same day , I ordered my dinner from there These are the items that I v tried Butter chicken(Recommended by the cashier): Absolutely delicious. Good portion and very filling. It's not spicy , and the flavor is very fresh. It was very tasty especially with the naan bread Korma(Recommended by the cashier): That one for me was the most delicious Indian dish I have ever tried. It tasted very authentic and the flavors were spot on . The temperature was perfect that by the time I had it at home and it felt like it just came from the kitchen. Must have you won't be disappointed Naan Bread : very good , it wasn't sticky or anything like that . Tasted super well Samoussa: delicious, we ordered two and it comes with two sauces, I don't know the name of the sauce but the red one is soo good Chicken tandoori: Very very Tasty, comes two portion and a sauce. Also something that you should definitely order Lastly was the Daal soup: I ordered it after testing someone review here and God he was right. tasted exactly like my Mom's. Overall this place I am not sure if it's new or not but I am very happy that I discovered it . Very happy that we have such a good Indian...

Food made fresh, tried to order take out via Uber eats but it wasn't available so did it the old school way and called. Was told the food would be ready in 35, showed up and it ended up taking over 1hr total, I was just waiting at the entrance for over 30 mins so that wasn't fun. Wish the time estimate was more accurate, we were a few waiting, maybe it was just an unlucky day.

The staff was nice, probably overworked and doing their best - I don't think they started packing my meal until I went to the cash register when I first arrived. One of the employees ended up giving me two little deserts for the wait (the meal was for 5 so we had to fight for it haha)

The food itself, great! I've tried many Indian restaurants in the Sud ouest area and this is the best one in my books so I will be coming back for sure! Had a lot, onion bhaji, chicken pakora (really good), the garlic naan was delicious thin and tasty, they misunderstood my order when I wanted the saag curry and said it twice but got the regular curry so that sucked, Paneer tikka masala was delicious, butter chicken was good too thought the rectangular tofu looking chicken was very strange to look at but it...

If you are brown, please don't go.

What a place? What a place... For the very first time in my life, I felt insulted by brown people. (For the record, I'm brown too.)

First of all, when welcoming customers, everyone should be treated equally. So why are you guys prioritizing another race?! We all deserve equal treatment.

My friend and I came in FIRST, and you're telling me we had to wait 45 minutes for our food, while two white couples who arrived after us ate and left.

Now, let's talk about paying the bill. It's funny how other customers can pay while seated, but when we said we were ready to pay, a worker told us to walk to the counter. UNBELIEVABLE.

We didn't get our drinks or dessert. The workers didn't even acknowledge it, and when we told them, they said, "Oh, really? You didn't?" WHAT A RESPONSE. For the record, the place wasn't even busy. We could have left early if the workers had treated us equally and respectfully, without giving special treatment to others. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT that, as a brown person, I am writing...

Great little spot for Indian food. They have that robot 🤖 server very cool. The food was good, me personally I like spicy but the group I was with were a bit sensitive 😁 I like the fact that they ask if you want it spicy. I'll definitely be back

Great value. Smooth and pleasant ordering experience. Tasty variety. Too salty. I walked in at ~2:15PM on a Saturday afternoon. I asked the man at the counter for "a lunch plate with meat" and we took it from there. I didn't have to look at a menu; the server was quick and friendly in guiding me along. I could point directly to chose among a dozen dishes on display at the counter. My plate was ready in about 2 mins; I paid and waited another minute or two for the naan bread to come out of the kitchen. I was in and out the door in under five minutes. The thali had a nice variety of flavours. The cook is not shy about using butter! The fresh hot naan was delicious as expected. A lot of dishes were a little too salty for my taste, but the overall quality was fine. I split the plate into two portions. Excellent value at that price. I'll be back here often.
