The staff is not helpful at all; I mean, I went there and didn’t really know how bubble tea works, so I said “it’s the first time I’m choosing”, and the employee said “it’s okay”. Seriously.. I’ve been to there 3 times, thinking that I’m the problem and I just need to choose a better drink, but honestly, I don’t want to come back because it’s not really clear which flavor goes with which toppings, juices and teas. I’ve ordered “strawberry Bublé tea” at another place and it was just amazing without any complications, maybe this place should add such choices, too, to take care about new customers; And definitely change the staff and hire friendlier people. Great bubble tea, clean place however pleaaaase whoever owns this place, please hire more people it's so ridiculous. When we came in on a friday evening, there was only 1 employee in the store who was taking orders and making the bubble tea for both the customers in the store and online orders at the same time. She was rushing like crazy and from the time we walked in to when we got our bubble tea almost 30mins went by... Confession: I’m a bubble tea addict, and this place has me hooked for life. The staff already know my order (shoutout to the best kind of VIP treatment 😂), and every drink is made with so much care. I’ve tried other places, but nothing compares to the consistency here.
