First thing I noticed was this disgusting fish tank on a table. Why is it even there and left out for all to see! That was the first red flag. See my pictures. Secondly, the water glasses were not cleaned properly and had stains on the outside and lint or hair in another. Then after 20 minutes of waiting for someone to take are order which we had flagged down, just to find out we had the wrong menu. Service wasn't great! Food was mediocre at best. We did not receive everything we ordered, had to ask multiple times for what was remaining or what happened to certain dishes we never received and still not got them. The vegetables stir fry was horrendous and had this thick creamy gewy cream over it, considering the un even temperatures of some vegetables to hot to eat it would burn your palette to others cold enough to swallow I am almost certain they were frozen and microwaved. Also noticed some vegetables weren't cleaned or potentially rotten a little.(see pictures of 2 examples, water chestnut and celery) . I didn't even bother taking pictures of the rest of the food because I was losing my appetite really fast. When we received meals, the waiters couldn't bother to ask who ordered what, same for drinks. Didnt even acknowledge the table, simply walked past, placed it on the table and kept walking. When asked for a straw he handed it to me barehand without protecting the straw. Also waited 20 minutes for the receipt to than be told we had to go to the front cash. My friends and I placed a reservation for the night of valentine's day. Once we got there on time, they didn't seat us until 25 minutes of waiting. They said they didn't have a table for us.

Once we finally got our table, we placed our order and the wait time was extremely long. They kept getting our orders wrong and bringing us food we didn't order. After an hour and 40 minutes, we had barely gotten half of our order. We talked to the waitress about that and she said she wasn't aware that we hadn't received our food and she told us that they were closing the kitchen at the moment. She came back to take our complete order on a piece of paper. Another waitress came by 20 minutes later to ask for our order AGAIN. Even after all of this trouble, we still got the wrong food. When it was time to pay, we asked if it was possible to get a gesture of goodwill since the service was horrible from the beginning. They refused. They seemed angry at us for not giving them a tip.

My friends and I regularly come to this restaurant. We love it and we love the food. We always recommend it to others. Although, this experience wasn't great at all. We were really disappointed. This might be the last time...

I was having a hard time rating this place because the initial impression was kind of bad. For starters, the servers were dressed in unprofessional outfits. The appetizers were below average, miso soup is (way) too salty, the tofu bites are disgusting, the tempura is too breaded (and puffed?) and they’re stingy with their sashimi slices. But I will say that Ojo’s rolls seriously impressed me and made this place a perfect go to spot for when I need sushi in my area. The rolls are delicious and perfectly bite sized. I absolutely recommend the kamikaze roll. I just kept on eating the rolls and will come back for the rolls (and nothing else) which is alright. Don’t waste time trying the appetizers and go straight towards eating the rolls!

Il me dit qu'il n'a pas regardé pensant que c'est correct. Je lui dit que normalement on a le choix jusqu'à 6 personnes mais visiblement ils nous l'ont exigé. Et il était très surpris. Je reviens 6 jours plus tard avec des amis nous somme 4 au total. Dans ma facture aucun pourboire inclus . Donc je paye normalement et j'ajoute mon pourboire. Les autres payait 1 facture pour les 3. Le vendredi c'est 42.99$ + taxes ce qui te mets à 149$ par là mais la facture et dans les 170$ mais ne sachant que le pourquoi était déjà inclus elle a ajouté 15% supplémentaire en pensant donner son pourboire. Alors en principe, ils l'ont ajouté subtilement sans rien mentionner avant ni après. Tu constates tant mieux , tu ne constates pas tu paies en double. On dirait une mafia du pourboire trop bizarre. 2 jour plus tard j'y vais avec mon cousin donc comme on paie en une facture on discute avant du pourboire à donner. Arrivée à la facturation., le prix a bondit à nouveau mais là je leur dit direct en leur montrant ce que lorsque tu scannes leur papier tu vois sur le site de commande "ça mentionne 15% exigé à partir de 6 personnes. Pour moins de 6 c'est vraiment à la discrétion du client. Mais le serveur te parle de nouveauté et blabla. Je leur dit qu'ils doivent aviser le client avant que ce dernier ne commande si non il ne peut pas exiger cela. Mais il insiste mais nous avons clairement dit non et il ont dû annuler le pourboire. Le caissier dit (peut être même que c'était le propriétaire) que la prochaine fois il ne va pas annuler le pourboire. Nous lui avions dit que si aucune mention ne nous sera fait on ne paiera pas ce qu'il demande pareil. Donc il doit modifier ce qui est dans le site de commande et aviser de vive voix aussi. Je me demande s'il compte verser cela aux serveurs au vu de leurs tactiques douteuses .
