Read moreFirst thing I noticed was this disgusting fish tank on a table. Why is it even there and left out for all to see! That was the first red flag. See my pictures. Secondly, the water glasses were not cleaned properly and had stains on the outside and lint or hair in another. Then after 20 minutes of waiting for someone to take are order which we had flagged down, just to find out we had the wrong menu. Service wasn't great! Food was mediocre at best. We did not receive everything we ordered, had to ask multiple times for what was remaining or what happened to certain dishes we never received and still not got them. The vegetables stir fry was horrendous and had this thick creamy gewy cream over it, considering the un even temperatures of some vegetables to hot to eat it would burn your palette to others cold enough to swallow I am almost certain they were frozen and microwaved. Also noticed some vegetables weren't cleaned or potentially rotten a little.(see pictures of 2 examples, water chestnut and celery) . I didn't even bother taking pictures of the rest of the food because I was losing my appetite really fast. When we received meals, the waiters couldn't bother to ask who ordered what, same for drinks. Didnt even acknowledge the table, simply walked past, placed it on the table and kept walking. When asked for a straw he handed it to me barehand without protecting the straw. Also waited 20 minutes for the receipt to than be told we had to go to the front cash. Read moreMy friends and I placed a reservation for the night of valentine's day. Once we got there on time, they didn't seat us until 25 minutes of waiting. They said they didn't have a table for us.
Once we finally got our table, we placed our order and the wait time was extremely long. They kept getting our orders wrong and bringing us food we didn't order. After an hour and 40 minutes, we had barely gotten half of our order. We talked to the waitress about that and she said she wasn't aware that we hadn't received our food and she told us that they were closing the kitchen at the moment. She came back to take our complete order on a piece of paper. Another waitress came by 20 minutes later to ask for our order AGAIN. Even after all of this trouble, we still got the wrong food. When it was time to pay, we asked if it was possible to get a gesture of goodwill since the service was horrible from the beginning. They refused. They seemed angry at us for not giving them a tip.
