It took me 15 minutes before someone took my order.
I was waiting in front of the cash alone. The so-called baker putting donuts in front of me didn't even look at me. No one noticed my existence for a solid 15 minutes while they were taking orders in the drive through. I knew they were open at the front because I saw a dozen people eating at tables.
After waiting for a bit, another customer came in. They ended up taking the order of the other customer first. I don't know if it was because I was almost behind the counter trying to get their attention. But anyways, I didn't really care. I already knew they never saw me come in.
Anyways, they finally get to me and I'm not even top priority. It takes 10 secondes to take my order (3 iced-caps and 20 assorted timbits). But, the person taking my order decided to go boss around the other workers instead. I wasn't in a rush so I didn't care much. Then, when she finally came back, she had forgotten my order and asked me to repeat.
I didn't want to make a big deal out of this so, after I finally got my order, I waited until I got home to call them and make a complaint.
They actually picked up the phone very quickly like 3 seconds or so. Color me impressed! Although, again it meant nothing. The manager just brushed me off, maybe I was being too pleasant. No refunds, no excuses, no sorry, etc.

I was never served like this here before I’m a regular customer at this place .. she was frustrated and disrespectful and talking bad about me to the two other women from her country in their language but i understand her language !!!! I got mad and i told her straight up my way of thinking and I insisted for a reimbursement and I told her if she doesn’t like her job she should change it ...if i could give zero stars i would !!!! The supervisor here should be careful to not hire just anyone that can’t even handle the customer service business!!! What a shame I’m completely disgusted and shocked ... this place will lose lots of customers with employees like this lady here .....
Read moreAt the drive through, the guy was extremely unwelcoming. I asked for a large French vanilla with a shot of expresso. He said the machine doesn't do that. And asked what's next. I took about five seconds to think as this one was for my gf and she really enjoys it. During those five seconds, he asked twice what's next. He was very impatient and didn't seem to want to be at work at all today. So I ordered another French vanilla.
Their machine wasn't able to pass the payment via the app. So they don't pay for the full service.
When I got a sip of my coffee, it was waterish. So they don't follow the original recipe and dilute it to sell more. When it's good, it has many bubbles on top from the milk. This one barely had any. The taste proved my suspition.
