Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Montreal

Pizza came in kind of late, because the delivery person forgot to bring the bill or something. When I opened the box, the pizza was squished on one side, and it was not the topping I ordered. I called them up, they said that they were gonna send another pizza with the right topping. The person with whom I spoke on the phone insisted that I give back the first pizza for some reason? I guess they prefer to throw it away and make us wait 3x the time for our meal, rather than giving a customer a free pizza as compensation for their mistakes.

Their website currently says that all their orders are contact free, and need to be paid online. But there's no option to pay online during checkout, and you end up having to pay at the time of delivery.

It took an hour and a half to get the right pizza. Upon delivery of the second pizza, the delivery person told me I could keep the first pizza... I don't know what the manager on the phone...

I ordered at 9h15 they said it was going to be here at 9h59 keep in mind the restaurant closes at like 11 or 12h at 10h07 its still not here so i try calling the customer service thing is closed….it came at 10h13 thank god but if it didn’t? Maybe leave ur customers service open during business hours? Just saying

Update: they didn’t give me my drink..wich i was “forced ” to take to reach the delivery amount…i could call to get a refund oh wait customer service is not open😒 DONT ORDER THERE AFTER 5 PM you’ll regret it i promise

the pizza there is not good, the quality is so bad. each time we order from here, it’s always the same terrible presentation. When I order from other pizza hut restaurants, the quality is far better. The pizza at this restaurant is made really small no matter what size you order. The portions just look off and not appetizing at all. Also when jt comes to delivery it is very slow.
