Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Montreal

I definitely under no circumstances would I recommend this pizza hut. Poor customer service and not very clean. I went there a few minutes ago placed an order for an extra large pizza which contains 2 medium pizzas in one box. I requested for of the pizzas to be chicken and the second pizza to be pepperoni. Paid the the bill and just befire walking away I kindly asked If I can change the pepperoni pizza to vegetarian because I don't eat pork. she meanly responded no because she already close the bill and besides it would cost more. I said no problem I don't mind paying the difference. She still said no. Then she finally said that she can only make the second one cheese only. I was like whatever fine. Now while waiting in the waiting area for my pizza on the red bench which was situated against a brick wall. A mouse came running from the kitchen and ran straight under my bench where I was sitting. I was traumatized by the sight of it but I managed to stay calm, pulled out my phone and took a picture. I then walked up the the cashier showed her the picture of the rat on my phone told het that I didn't know that they had rats and immediately requested a refund. I took my refund and...

Update: For a while had largely good experiences, but only during the day when the manager was present. However, then all of a sudden they started making it wrong again. When it was returned for a replacement, staff were very rude and uppity. Done with this place, I won't be buying again.

Review is for takeaway, not sitting in:

Extremely overpriced. Charge huge amounts for any sort of topping or extra. These big pizza chains are supposed to be cheaper, but they are gouging their customers.

The real issue is, you pay for extra cheese and get barely any cheese, let alone extra. Depending on who's working, you can get a pizza that's so thick it doesn't cook or so thin you can barely see it when it turns sideways.

Stuffed crust (again extra and all those little extras are overpriced and add up quickly) rarely has enough cheese and the crust is often tiny. Absolutely zero quality control. If you're rich and craving pizza hut, go for it, but those of us on a budget will get poor value for money and ripped off on the extras we pay for that aren't followed through on.

DO NOT EXPECT GOOD SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION My husband and I are not from Montreal. We came here to visit and rented an apartment in the area. With two very hungry little ones in tow, we arrived at this Pizza Hut at 7:30 pm after a long day of travel. It took 4-5 minutes to seat us though there was hardly anyone at the restaurant. Once we were seated, we expected we might order drinks and our food right away because we knew what we wanted and knew the kids wouldn't last much longer. After we had been seated......nothing. Nobody came to the table again. We watched as TWO other parties came in, were seated and when we saw the waitress bring their drinks to the other table without coming back once to check on us, we were done.
