Laura Secord — Local services in Montreal

Laura secord has always been a place that I’ve come to with my family since the ice cream never fails. It’s been 3 times that I’ve come lately and the older lady with the gray roots has given me TERRIBLE service every time without a fail. Lack of enthusiasm, very rude, refuses to speak English and gives off the impression that we are bothering her. I have worked in customer service for 10 years and I know a rotten apple when I see one. Hier je suis passée et j'ai commandé un cornet de glace (cornet payé en sus evidemment) et j'ai demandé une petite cuillere en plus ce qui a toujours etait accepté ailleur sauf qu'on me donne une spatule disant qu'ils sont out of stock. Pas de medaillon de chocolat non plus car sont out of stock egalement donc je reponds que paye le meme prix quand meme sans une cuillere et sans chocolat et qu'on ne peux pas donné un alternatif (comme um cornet trempé ou un carré de choco par exemple )mais on me repond: les carrés chocolat c'est a 1$ donc c'est pas pareil et vous avez acheté le cornet donc vous n'avez pas droit a une cuillere. J'ai dis: donc les cuilleres ne sont pas out of stock mais on me les donne pas vu que je prends le cornet et on m'a dit que oui exactement. C'est ma derniere visite chez Laura Secord! Tres deçue...
