Boss guy seemed abrasive, but with how accommodating every experience ended up being no matter what, I feel he's just under a lot of pressure and very focused on making the food.

I tried their burger, poutine and pizza; it was all really great. I especially loved their take on the pizza, was unexpectedly delicious. The one time there was a mistake on the order, it's as I said above, owner seemed stressed; but he still made the correct food item for me to go back and pick up. You're going for the quick fix, which you have to understand. And it's a 2-for-1 type of pizza place. Placed my order at 5pm. Got it at 617pm. Called 3 times to follow up. I was hung up on once. Food arrived cold, when my husband called to get a discount or something he was given an attitude and said 1 to 1.15 hrs to deliver is normal. We r on 9th Avenue so I'm not sure what they r doing or the driver is doing. I say order food elsewhere. I ordered the chicken wings and was not given a choice of dipping sauces all I got was gravy. I would like to recommend this restaurant as a top pick of restaurants in Lachine.Both as a friend and client. The restaurant recently changed owners in April 2015 and the quality and service has changed since the new owner took over.
