Pizza Roma — Restaurant in Montreal

After some thought and analysis. I was wrong to give this place 1 star in my first review. Although my first review was true (see underneath this one), this pizza place has amazing pizza! Unfortunately for my wallet, they still charge for every single ingredient you wanna add after sauce and cheese, but the quality and taste of this pizza is far more worth the extra price they add per ingredient.

I have been coming here for almost 12 years now and I still love their PIZZA!

(OLD REVIEW) I haver been ordering here for the past 10 years! Really the best ''fast'' pizza I have tried and I have tried maaaaany pizzas. I love it so much I live 20 km away now and still order from there.

I am giving a one star because recently, depending on who I get on the phone, they charge me an extra 3$ for extra cheese when I order only a cheese pizza. In all my 10 years, I have been ordering the same pizza: Regular with extra cheese. They always said that we are allowed 3 ingredients (or the pizzas on teir menu) thus extra cheese counting for 2 ingredients (which is normal). Now, for the 3rd time, I fall on the same guy on the phone that charges me 3$ for the extra cheese and tells me that it has always been their policy!

Management should get their stories straight and tell their employes to give the right and same information to everyone. If you do charge for the extra cheese, let it be it for everyone. to be honest, most pizzerias that offer 3 toppings don't charge for extra cheese since it would count as 2 toppings. it would be a shame if they actually start doing that!

I love this pizza so much and to be honest, 3$ is not a big deal (in a monetary point of view) but its really about the principal of charging extra half the time and depending on who works that...

This place embarrassed me, my usual pizza place was closed so I looked on UberEATS to find a pizza place close by with good reviews so I can order 2 pizza's for my family. Saw the good reviews stating this is 80's style pizza, that it's full of ingredients so I was exited, that's exactly what I want.

I ordered and they came, when I opened the box, the cheese looked like the cheap cheese some of these low budget Halal pizza places have, the veggies were raw even though they were placed on top. There was barely any pepperoni, I mean ingredients in general were really lacking, it's like I did something bad to the person making my pizza and he was punishing me. The pizza was also raw in the center I was embarrassed, no one finished a piece, looked like a fool especially when my pissed off dad left with the 2 boxes (guessing he threw them out) and came back with pizza's from another place.

I paid all together almost $60 for 2 large pizza's with UBER one, if you counted the savings it would be $15 more, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for giving a human being this...

I have tried many pizzerias and this one USED to be the best one out there AND the cheapest (13$ for a large bacon/pepper/peperoni to take out). I have been a customer for years and ordered alot from there.

I believe they changed owners recently and upped the prices around 50% more then what we used to pay (now its around 19.50$ for the same pizza)

The pizza is still ok dont get me wrong, but not exactly the same (dough is thinner and different) ive been disapointed twice out of 3 times. Today, was the last time I ordered there, the person was rude and it just is not worth it anymore.

Update: just re-ordered recently. They are back!! Pizza was very good full of ingredients and...
