Pizza Welat — Restaurant in Montreal

Absolutely excellent service. The woman who takes your order and payment is such a welcoming, kind and warm person. She is so nice. I came in on a winter night, chilly and feeling melancholic and down, and I make my order. I pay and it looks like I might have been missing a few cents, and she assured me that it didn't matter if I couldn't find it. (luckily I did). She was quick and on the ball, the person before me was served within 2 minutes and I was served just as quick. Did I mention how kind she is? Because that really was what sets this place from the rest. Many others just don't care, or don't bother being nice, or just look at you with indifference, like you're just another annoying customer throughout their day.

Not here though. You come here and you feel like a human being. Worthy of someone's kindness, and patience, even a smile.

Aside from all that stuff, the food is excellent. I've been going here for years but because I moved away a couple of years ago, I didn't visit this place for a long time. But I was visiting my old area and so of course, I just had to pop in here. Felt right like home.

This is now from far the worst place when it comes to deleveries. It happend to me twice and the fact that on top of that the manager gives you all types of excuses disgusts me . I ordered from them, it's the second time that i've paid for less than what i asked for, very rude manager pretending to wanting to fix the stuation but hangs up in your face because he obviously only cares about the money he's making. I was told to never call back all beacuse i complained about a missing item and threatned . Beaware of this place, the food might be good but never know how clean it is in the back, how much the workers care and if your money worsts it. They are not willing to fix abad situation that you might get caught into with them, they only pretend. These people are absolutely disgusting a complete zero . Stay way from this fast food. No respect or any regards towards clients i hope it shuts down because its also very dirty they wouldnt pass a inspection behind close doors. Ive ordered from this restaurant about once a week or so since last October and have not had many issues aside from the occasional cold fries. The last few times, however, have been not so great. The man that answers the phone in the evening/night time is extremely rude. When asked to repeat the order back because he didn't seem to understand what I had asked, he said some of it and when I asked him to confirm he got upset and said "do you really expect me to tell you your whole order back?" As if I were being unreasonable for wanting to be sure Today, I'm missing a gravy and two pieces of chicken from my order. When I call to ask to get this rectified, I was told that it's not possible I was missing the chicken and that they could credit me for the gravy for next time. When I asked for the order to be corrected for today, I was given attitude and told that it would be half an hour to 45 minutes. To that I responded forget it, I will not be ordering...
