Rôtisseries Benny & Au Coq — Restaurant in Montreal

Service is terrible. Been ordering from this restaurant for years. Usually you could change the coleslaw for an extra sauce, but now they don't do that you have to purchase the extra sauce so we can throw the coleslaw in the garbage. They charge $1.49 each extra sauce. Then we purchased the extra sauces and they don't even deliver it. Our food wasn't that warm either. I called the restaurant about the missing sauces and they said they will deliver it. After waiting 45 minutes we received the sauce, of course by the time we received the extra sauce are food was completely cold. While we waited for the sauce I called back to make sure they were on there way and the lady laughed. This was very rude and terrible customer service laughing to a client. They have never hear the saying "It take years to earn the trust of a customer & seconds to lose one" This restaurant has went completely down hill. Whole order was cold. Not room temperature. Cold. The ribs were stonecold and I had to cook them in my oven for them to even be edible. And even then, they were disgusting and absolutely and utterly horrible. The cheese sticks were cold. The chicken was dry and cold and tasted really weird, had to throw it away from salmonella risks. Poutine fries were stale and cold. Probably the worst experience I have ever had. After looking into the restaurant reviews on google, I discovered that Im not the only one having issues with this restaurant. Ubereats should seriously consider removing this so-called restaurant from their platform because their carelessness is dangerous. The food is decent enough and the price is reasonable, but the attitude of this place keeps me from spending there.

I've called several times to complain, primarily about their delivery vehicles, who operate with complete disregard for safety and road regulations. While on the phone to report the bad behaviour of their driver(s), the manager just says "yeah yeah" and sounds disinterested altogether.

As a cyclist, seeing delivery cars parked in designated bike lanes infuriates me. I've also had to call when a delivery car parked in front of my empty driveway to make a delivery, where I couldn't get into my own driveway until the driver returned to his car. Again, management showed no interest in my observations. Guess they have no interest in my money also.

J'ai appelé plusieurs fois avec des plaintes, surtout auprès de leurs véhicules de livraison, qui portent le logo Au Coq et qui conduisent avec aucun souci pour la sécurité ou les lois de la route. Quand j'appelle pour porter plainte, le gérant me fait et semble zéro intéressé à ce que je dis.

Étant cycliste, des livreurs qui stationnent dans les pistes cyclables m'enragent. J'ai même dû appeler le restaurant une fois quand leur auto de livreur s'est arrêté devant l'entrée de ma maison, j'ai dû attendre l'impatient livreur avant de stationner chez moi.
