Service is terrible. Been ordering from this restaurant for years. Usually you could change the coleslaw for an extra sauce, but now they don't do that you have to purchase the extra sauce so we can throw the coleslaw in the garbage. They charge $1.49 each extra sauce. Then we purchased the extra sauces and they don't even deliver it. Our food wasn't that warm either. I called the restaurant about the missing sauces and they said they will deliver it. After waiting 45 minutes we received the sauce, of course by the time we received the extra sauce are food was completely cold. While we waited for the sauce I called back to make sure they were on there way and the lady laughed. This was very rude and terrible customer service laughing to a client. I've called several times to complain, primarily about their delivery vehicles, who operate with complete disregard for safety and road regulations. While on the phone to report the bad behaviour of their driver(s), the manager just says "yeah yeah" and sounds disinterested altogether.
As a cyclist, seeing delivery cars parked in designated bike lanes infuriates me. I've also had to call when a delivery car parked in front of my empty driveway to make a delivery, where I couldn't get into my own driveway until the driver returned to his car. Again, management showed no interest in my observations. Guess they have no interest in my money also.
