To be fair, food is good, service a different story. This young lady misunderstands when taking orders down, it happened 3x, no problem, we can deal. What's frustrating though, she'll insist you're in the wrong. I asked to speak to manager, she mentioned it's her brother but was very sarcastic, maybe feels she could getaway with that behavior. She then proceeds then put me on hold for about 8 minutes. When finally I speak to manager, he was very polite, he wanted to take our address and deliver what was missing, we refused, there was no point. I hope this girl can educate herself, maybe listen to customers instead of driving them away. A little suggestion... give customers their written order when picking up, normally that's what restaurants do, this would save headaches, as it could be verified on the spot. Playing the "she said he said " game, when trying to follow up is non-productive. We try to support our local restaurants, help to contribute through these hard times, but a little appreciation is also...

SCAM ALERT! TRIED TELLING ME I GET MORE BY GIVING A MEDIUM AND LARGE INSTEAD OF THE XTRA LARGE. THEY CLEARLY CANT DO MATH.

24" pizza: Radius = 12 inches

A = \pi \times 12^2 = 144\pi \approx 452.39 { square inches}

10" pizza: Radius = 5 inches

A = \pi \times 5^2 = 25\pi \approx 78.54 { square inches}

14" pizza: Radius = 7 inches

A = \pi \times 7^2 = 49\pi \approx 153.94 { square inches}

Adding the areas of the 10" and 14" pizzas together:

78.54 + 153.94 \approx 232.48 square inches}

Since 452.39 square inches (24" pizza) is much larger than 232.48 square inches (10" + 14" pizzas combined), the area of the 24" pizza is indeed larger.

We was walking by foot and I decided spontaneously to order some pizza. My little daughter was jumping to see what is going on the kitchen. One nice men invited my daughter to go to the kitchen. She was there 15 minutes until I asked her to come back. 3 good points: 1) I got tasty L size pizza with discount as I ordered locally; 2) we have received second one small pizza for free (made by my girl on kitchen); 3) the men on the kitchen was so positive (surely father), that I wished to hug him, but I restrained me. My daughter couldn't stop to talk all the way home so happy she was after her unforgettable...
