We ate at Capucine on a Thursday night and took advantage of their 50% off on Pizza. The pizzas were great. Would I spend full price on the pizza here, no - there aren’t enough choices. Their Mortadella and Margherita were our favorite. The other pizzas we tried were okay (sausage was average and Capriciosa was too heavy on the mushrooms). Both times I’ve come, the wine I asked for by the glass was not in stock. I took a glass of one of their other Chardonnay’s they only sell by the bottle and for $15 Gianni barely filled it. When I compare what a 15$ glass of wine looks like in other restaurants, it was a turnoff. The polenta fries were tasty but disappointing (they were not fries). The arancini were tasty but bite-sized and even though you get 8, price isn’t justified. Definitely a must try on a Thursday

I stumbled upon this charming little Italian restaurant purely by chance, and what a delightful discovery it turned out to be! The pasta here is nothing short of exceptional – each dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The service is impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. If you’re a fan of authentic Italian cuisine, this place is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended!

Update 11/07/2024: Upon my 4th visit, the restaurant maintains a 10/10 status. The food was mouth watering and served pipping hot. Each dish more flavourful than the next. The staff is very warm and welcoming! It shows that they are passionate about what they are serving. Looking forward to my next visit! 2023 The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Looking forward to our next meal at Capucine!

GREAT concept, EXQUISITE food, and FANTASTIC service!!!

Everything is homemade and they pay close attention to detail. No place of its kind comes close to what Capucine's menu has to offer, and for a reasonable price too. We tasted their bavette sandwich, homemade cavatelli, and their wide variety of salads are to die for. And of course, nothing like a great Italian espresso with so many homemade pastries and vennoiseries to choose from. Enjoyed a nice lunch with friends in a cozy yet modern atmosphere with an incredibly friendly staff. Almost felt like I had been there many times before.

Oh, and they CATERRR too!!!

Bravo guys, honestly, BRAVO!!! Once again, simplicity combined with great food is the perfect recipe...

We had a reservation for 8 pm, they seated us 20 mins later… once we were seated they said they ran out of pizza and salad when we were a group of 20. Most of us wanted pizza and no one was satisfied because of this inconvenience. Service was extremely slow when half the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. Not even an apology from the waiter and manger. We ordered pasta and only received it an hour and a half later for only pasta! Due to this delay, we were late for our next event and the manager was aware of this. We did not get any apology, no compensation, instead the manger said we should’ve warned the restaurant before hand. I’ve never experienced this horrible service. I would never come back. Rude...
