Sarah Cuisine Créole — Restaurant in Montreal

Owners need to realize that customers value good customer service. The guy who attended me, did not did it with the best attitude. I tried to explain in my basic French what I wanted, and his attitude was rude. He did not seem to want to help and just wanted me to order and leave his restaurant. I also asked for the sales receipt, which I was denied. His excuse was that the food did not have taxes, or something like that. He was rude.

Regarding food, nothing special. Do yourself a favor and go to “Casserole Kréole”. Way better food, way better service. I do not recommend...

First things first, do not eat in the shop itself, this place isn't meant for that, the place is old and only has one table with low quality chairs. If you plan on eating, pick-up or door dash. The service is alright, the waiter gives you your food and sits down while using their phone, not bad but nothing exceptional. The food wasn't bad either, the rice was decent and the chicken was tasty, sadly the porc was dry, also the macaroni tasted bad and I think it has nothing to do with the plate itself. I would come back but only if there wasn't no...

The food was not bad, your typical haitian food, but the service was bad and the place is dirty. The lady at the counter began to argue with my brother about our order, then when another staff said it was okay finally relented. Don’t come here if you value good service.

UPDATE: It’s a few days late and my father and brother both have suffered diarrhea & vomiting since getting food poisoning from this restaurant. The staff refuse to take responsibility but I remember seeing raw chicken sitting out while waiting...
