I went there today with my friend to have something for a light brunch almost lunch already. The time is like in between 11:30 and 12:30 when we sit down. I ordered of course for something for me and my friend. As a customer I ask that I ordered for since the employee has serve me only one coffee, so in my knowledge I orders two so I ask twice. The employee has gotten angry because I asked twice because I did not understand or misheard what she told me. Her facials expression is mad directed to me . I can since that she has no patience with customer like me. I don’t know whether she is pressured or had a bad day. I asked her , “ why have you get mad at me, I only asked you a question regarding my order.” Suddenly the manager came to me and defended the employee. I expected an apology from the manager regarding the attitude of the employee but instead the manager defended her. I got so disappointed and disgusted with both attitudes both from the manager and the employee. All I can say is that whether I misheard or mistakenly asked about my order, all I expecting is a little patience from them to the customer. They are in a food service frontline and they must have patient towards the customer. I felt like I was an idiot the way she said things to me when I told her that her anger was directed towards me. Today is 23 February 2023 and exchanged of words happened between 11:30 and 12:30. I regret to say that I was disgusted with their attitudes towards me. Both employee and the manager did not say an apology instead they defended each other. I hope this will be the last one to have impatient with the customer and I hope employe and manager will correct their attitude towards...
Read moreWorst service, worst food. I went in today and ordered 2 sparkling dragon fruit, 1 givré mango and 1 lemonade peach and got completely different orders. The women at cash I get that she doesn't speak French but I even ordered in English . The women working at cash even charged me wrong and I got home and made the calculations. She didn't even give me my receipt despite asking for it . The first time she made my order wrong I told here can I please get the sparkling, it's what I ordered after all. She makes it again but it was givré so I politely asked her again and she still made it wrong. When I told her can I at least get a remboursement if you don't have what I want ( ps she got the sizes wrong too) she started screaming at me and making hand gestures and speaking Indian probably insulting me. I asked to speak to the manager and she was like not here not here. Thank god for her colleague who at least remade my order ( wrong again btw). I was humiliated in front of other customers by her. I don't appreciate the hand gestures and the speaking other languages. When I come into Tim Hortons I expect to be served in the official languages, if you don't understand any of them I advice you to go learn some. Insulting clients and threatening them, that's a low bar right there. D'ailleurs, I will probably be contacting the authorities. Read moreThe worst Tim Hortons location in Montreal thus far! I was hoping to have something warm to drink after walking several laps at the park on a cold day like this! I was told that they don’t have hot chocolate. Whether it’s white hot chocolate or regular hot chocolate, they don’t have. So I went for medium ice cap and even that, was awful!! So icy and water, no cappuccino flavour what soever! I also ordered a nutella cookie, they should have put it in a small paper bag rather than putting 1 single cookie in a carton type of box where their timbits normally come in. Not to mention the fact that it’s a big cookie, it was partly sticking out of the box which made the cookie harden and not as chewy nor enjoyable. My friend ordered a farmer’s wrap, first they gave him a chicken salad sandwich which was the wrong order. Then once they corrected his order, the farmer’s wrap was too spicy comparing to what he’s used to eating from other Tim Hortons locations. Thanks to you, he got food poisoning!! He’s gone to the bathroom very badly a few times not long after our supper at a buffet restaurant, from my scientific knowledge, the foods that we eat takes 3 hours to fully digest in our stomach.
