Saumon Sushi — Restaurant in Montreal

Went there for lunch and asked for the 16 pieces lunch combo to dine-in, without wasabi and ginger. The lady pointed me to the box meal that was in the fridge. I reiterated that it wasn't for takeout and those boxes had already wasabi and ginger in them which I would have to throw out cause I won't be eating them. She told me that she wouldn't have time to make another combo because they are busy. They were 2 other people with her.

Really poor customer service.

Had the bento lunch. Salad was a nice portion and very fresh.

Salmon nigiri was ok, the rice was nicely cooked and seasoned but salmon piece was rather thin piece of fish. The shrimp on the shrimp nigiri was also rather small.

The chicken tempura was nice and moist. The shrimp tempura was very small so it did not taste much like anything other than the tempura. It appears to be frozen ones that only require deep frying. However, the tempura were nicely fried...

I came here for the first time over 10 years ago with co-workers because it was close to the office. Now that I've changed jobs, I drive all the way from the West Island on my days off just to eat their sushi. It is by far the freshest and tastiest sushi. Consistently their food tastes fresh and home made, and the price is very reasonable with good portions. I've never been disappointed in all these years.
