I just had the most bizarre interaction with 2 subway employees. I consider myself a polite person, but the experience I had with these two young people was unprofessional and borderline rude. Please teach them how to process cash payments! You must tell the person the amount that is owed to them aloud (I had to ask) and they should learn that some people will pay with change! Who enters 20$ paid just because they can see the $20 bill I have in my hand, when I’m still rifling through my coin purse and haven’t handed anything over? Either way, no big deal- they just add up the amount to be returned themselves, right? Nope! Instead they told me I did it wrong and they know because “we work here”. Dude. If you can’t do simple math and understand that customer service means not belittling the intelligence of your customers, good luck in the real world. Edit: Sandwichs and wraps were not even grilled/toasted and weren't even made with the options that were selected.... a whole new level of...

When he saw me entering the restaurant, he held the door, took his coat off and quickly put on his plastic gloves to serve me. I don't think it's hygienic to serve a client without washing their hands first, especially after smoking. Also, right after the transaction, he left the premises to light up another cigarette, leaving the place unattended. Unprofessional, unsanitary. Avoid...
