Voilà, plus besoin d'ouvrir de pizzeria à Montréal. C'est bon, on est arrivé au summum, le vrai pinacle. Les cigales hurlent leur désir maintenant jour et nuit. L'air du soir est moite, Montréal rampe son mois d'août étouffé, ses griffes sont sales de l'été. Je pourrais lui en vouloir, chercher à me sauver et pourtant j'y reste et j'y espère que le mercredi se présente enfin, comme un enfant prêt à embusquer le Père Noël et la Fée des Dents en même temps. Le mercredi la pizzeria ré-ouvre de son week-end. On mange ici la version la plus fidèle, la plus sincère d'une vrai pizza napolitaine. J'ai voyagé Naples, j'ai mangé sa délicieuse création et depuis je pleure de ne pouvoir la retrouver nul part jamais, personne, noirceur et ténèbres. Je suis lourd, je dis toujours que "c'est pas comme à Naples... gna gna gna" Tout le monde autour de moi en a assez de m'entendre pleurnicher comme un chiot abandonné. Puis il y a eu cette petite étincelle à fendre les nuits et dévorer les continents. La clé c'est l'amour, des détails et de la simplicité et de la qualité des ingrédients. On a essayé trois pizzas différentes. Des pizzas avec trois ou quatre ingrédients et au final aux goûts très distincts. La Fromage Tomate, la Végé et la Sopressa. Cette dernière un peu plus salée, normal la petite viande c'est pas de la camelote. Le prix est juste, les gars sont discrets, le service simple et efficace, la pizza phénoménale. Merci encore.

New pizza place in town. I do recommend for a fast yet traditional and delicious Italian style pizza. Very reasonable prices for the size of the pizzas, especially for this incredibly tender dough. Friendly staff and remarkably fast service. Only dine in and counter pick up options available. No delivery or whatsoever orders on the phone. Cosy and clean place to sit and eat comfortably. Definitely worth a try!

Authentic pizza with very fresh ingredients. The tomato sauce is the classic one made this morning that tasted and smelled tomatoes. The pepperoni pizza was great with big chunks of cheese, crispy crust. The mozzarella di buffalo is a must with fresh cheese coming from a local farmer with a touch of olive oil and fleur de sel that gave an extra quick to the flavor of the cheese.

So for the past few years my wife and I thought we found our go to place for pizza which was Stella. Although we do love Stella and we would recommend it to everyone, we have found a little gem on Jean Talon. Antoine the owner makes one of the best pizzas I have ever had......and I have had a lot all over the world. He ingredients are so fresh and the flour he uses is amazing. His Margherita pizza is the best I have had. Every time I leave there this wonderful after taste stays with me and I just want to turn around and pound a few more pies. He isn't interested in mass production and focuses on every single pizza. Absolutely love this place. If you are from out of town and want to taste a great pie thats all made with love and not fluffed out then try this place. Great job Antoine......you have us for as long as you are around and we hope that is for a very long time!!!! Don't stop or change anything!!! ...

I fell in love with this place for its puffy light crust and its great taste and ingredient balance. Last couple of times I went however it was pretty bad. The crust has been less puffy and they have been adding salt and pepper which has no business on an Italian pizza imo. They also added way too much olive oil. It needs a drizzle, not a whole pizza oil flooding. Can't even taste the subtlety of the fresh ingredients anymore. I'm kinda sad because I know they can make a fantastic well balanced product, I don't get why they have been butchering it into a greasy salt and pepper mess lately. I can get overly greasy, salty and pepery food for 5 $ almost anywhere, I don't visit an expensive Italian pizza place...

This was my second time visiting this amazing pizzeria, and it definitely won’t be the last. I always go for the classics, and their Margherita is spot on— simple, fresh, and full of flavor. The crust is perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of char, thanks to their impressive pizza oven that you can’t miss when you walk in.

The space itself is minimalist, which I love — no fuss, just a focus on great food. The owner is incredibly kind and clearly passionate about his craft, which adds to the whole experience. You can really feel the love and care that goes...
