Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montreal

This is the second time I've gone to this location and been dissatisfied for the same reason. The only reason I go there is to get a cup of coffee and a muffin while stopping off to fill up my car with gas. The TH staff does not speak English. All I asked for was a small dark roast coffee and a bran muffin. He charged me for an XL cup of coffee and a muffin. I did not notice the mistakened amount he had charged me for until I was given a receipt at the end. The employee had no idea what a bran muffin was. He pulled out a chocolate donut and asked me to confirm if that is what I was asking for. Obviously, I said no, so I pointed to the item in the showcase and he took out a blueberry muffin. I said 'no' again and once again, I pointed to the bran muffins on display. Finally he got it right. Then, he poured the coffee into an XL cup. I told him I didn't want an XL coffee, I wanted a small size, so he then poured a new cup of coffee into a small cup. At this point, the manager entered the conversation and offered me to option of taking the XL cup too. I appreciated the offer but I really only wanted a small cup, so I took the small cup and the muffin and left. When I was in the car, I looked at the receipt and noticed I had been charged for an XL coffee. I didn't want to go back in to ask for a refund for the difference as there were multiple people in line waiting to be served. I felt my time was not worth the dollar or so I had been overcharged. At that point, I took a sip of the coffee and quickly realized he had put sugar in the coffee. I spilled the coffee out the window and drove off, totally disgusted with the inept service at this location. I will return to this location for gas because it is conveniently located for me, but there is no way I would go in to buy anything at this...

We passed by and order a Sesame bagels Extra,extra toasted with butter, cream cheese and strawberry jam + a Bagel Tim Matin BLT sausage,egg extra bacon, extra mayo + 1 XL Coffee 3 Milk and 2 Sugar + 1 Medium Size Menth Tea. I repeat the order to make sure it was ok she cut me off 2 when i ask for the burned bage... Got there and try to repeat my order and she just cut me off and tell me it was 19$ i said no problem. I got my order and check it both bagel were wrong and my coffee had 2 cream in it.... I used to work at Tim a few years ago and it was never like this....they need to be more train because when i confront it to them Nicely she was implying that what i order i just looked at them (they were 3 looking at me...) I knew there was no point for me to talk to them and hold up a line.... I just left and leave this review hope it reach to ppl to either take a extra 5-10 mins to go to a other tims and maybe the manager to train...

What a bad experience from beginning to the end. First the menu you see it does not represent what they offer at this location. They didn’t have the new donuts, nothing latte or sugar cane hot chocolate. The girl answered us with very strong attitude. How should I know what they offer or not? The menu you see at the drive thru is not what they carry. She kept telling us they are a small Tim Hortons and to go somewhere else to get what we wanted. Then they gave us the order and you have to double check to make sure they gave you everything you pay for. The guy had my coffee right in front of his face and forgot to give it to us. Donut was not fresh, it was hard. Hot chocolate was not the usual taste, tasted like water. I told my parents about my experience and they laughed at me for going there because every tome they went, something went wrong. DO A DETOUR AND GO TO ANOTHER...
