Honestly, this Wendy's location is by far the worst it has been and at this point it has gone on for years.
It makes absolutely NO sense that every time I order through Uber Eats, not only do I NEVER EVER receive my complete order, most times I also receive different items that are lower in cost an smaller in size than what I paid for.
For example, yesterday I ordered 2 Large Fanta Fizz Frosty drinks and received medium size instead. There is a big difference in the quantity of drink I'm getting for having paid the price of Large to end up with Medium on the Uber Eats app.
Last time I ordered I didn't receive 2 double Dave burgers I paid for.
The time before that, I didn't get the Baconator and Large fries!
The time before that, again with the drinks, I ordered 4 Large and received 1 medium only, including the side ceasar salad and 10 piece chicken nuggets that were missing from my order!
The thing that angers me beyond belief the most is that every single time this happens with your location, I submit my request to Uber Eats to be refunded for items I paid for and have NOT received, and also for items that are wrong, and the only answer I ever get from them is how they are supposedly "sorry about the experience and that the issue is not eligible for a refund or price adjustment"!!!
Robbery is not legal here and this is unnaceptable.
What does it take for the employees to read an order properly and send the right and complete items that have been paid for? It shouldn't be this complicated and this disorganized that it's a consistent issue that happens with your specific location!
Heck, your employees are able to stick the receipt on the order bags, which clearly shows the items I paid for, yet they dont actually put the complete order in the bag and hand it to a delivery partner?!? Make it make sense!
I'm also not the only person this happens to, so it is common practice for your restaurant to fail and rob its clientele this way!
I'm genuinely fed up and will be reporting and disputing this to the better business bureau, consumer protection and my bank.
Why is it that when I call your restaurant to get this sorted out directly with you instead of the Uber Eats app disrespectful customer service and thieves, nobody ever picks up?!?
I've now been trying to escalate this with Uber Eats since I received my order yesterday evening with no resolution in sight and I'm livid. THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAY TO BE ROBBED LIKE THIS IS UNNACEPTABLE.
YOU WOULD NOT BE HAPPY EITHER TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNINGS ON UNDELIVERED ITEMS AND BE TOLD: TOO BAD FOR YOU AND YOUR POOR EXPERIENCE.
ROBBING PEOPLE MONEY IS NOT A BAD EXPERIENCE, IT IS A CRIME. STEALING IS A CRIME.
It's unfathomable to think that this has disturbed me to the core that I am needing to leave such a review.
If this kind of situation happens once, maybe twice, fine and even then it depends on how much money was stolen and not refunded accordingly. But when it happens for each order and every time the amount of money I lose accumulates, it is a massive NO.
We should not have to fight with Uber Eats for our money when we did not receive items. We should also not have to resort to exposing you like this, just cause you can't pick up your darn phone and resolve it properly.
My gut told me there was a reason I chose not to order since the last time I did several months ago and this happened, and I sincerely regret wanting the Fizz Frosty drinks bad enough yesterday just to have it happen all over again.
I'm done with this Wendy's location. Y'all truly need to either step it up and get a regional manager or higher up to set things straight in this location, or just close this store down.
You clearly don't care about your customers and are just thieves.
This will keep happening at this location and anyone ordering on Uber Eats from here should beware. You should all be ashamed and embarrassed.

   Read moreWe went to have our dinner and when arrived noticed that wendys was busy than usual, we didnât go by car because we actually wanted to have the meal on place, there was only two people in the queue and we started waiting, 20 minutes after there were already 8 people behind us, we kindly asked the cashier if she could take our order, however she said they were treating the already ordered orders, it seemed fair enough to us so we waited another 10 minutes until the same cashier started taking Uber and the cars orders over the people who actually was in the restaurant, we were actually shocked of what was happening so we went ahead and asked the cashier, then another guy with a blue shirt (maybe manager) answered that they were dealing with the old orders and we said that we understood but why were new orders from Uber and cars were being placed still and nothing from our side, we asked if they were privileged and if it was better to go by car, he said âif you donât like to wait you can goâ we were so shocked again and we just decided to leave, itâs hard to manage a busy Wendys but at least have some respect to your customers and try to be fair when youâre dealing with them,

Our order was A couple of crispy chicken burgers, a poutine, 2 medium fries, a limonade, a coffee and a fountain drink where you fill it yourself and waited for almost 30 minutes to finally see our food... But of course they had to drop the poutine just as they're about to put it in the bag. We waited another 10 minutes so they could make fresh fries. When everything was "good" and "done" we took our order and saw that I didn't have my cup for my fountain drink and had to wait more time for someone to give me it. Then I took everything and went to my car and looked at the bag again and saw I didn't even have my fries... OMG!!! I went in the restaurant once more to get my fries and come back to all my food that was now cold. It was just the worst experience I ever had in any restaurant. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. If you need food and you're near here... Go to the McDonald's maybe 150m away or go to the Tim Hortons literally next to it.
