Very disappointed with the service New Years Eve . ordered over 100.00 worth of food around 2 pm and was assured it would be ready by 7:30 . when we arrived at 7:30 and paid for our order The place was busy and they told us the order would be another 1/2 hr . an hour later we inquired again only to find out they couldnt find our order At that point we requested a refund and left . no apologies .. Several other customers were fed up as well and asked for refunds . Apparently they were more interested in filling the Till instead of filling orders . My girlfriend and I just finished eating at this location. We had the buffet and hour and a half before close.

The selection was fine, and the food was all hot. They put out fresh food while we were here, and it all tasted alright.

The atmosphere is nice, and the staff were very friendly and quick with their service.

The food is the only reason it's not a higher rating. It was just standard fair mediocre Canadian Chinese food. I might come back some time, but for $17.99 per meal, I'm pretty sure it won't be soon.

Full House is a Chinese buffet. The wait staff are friendly, if not tremendously attentive. The food, unfortunately, I have two issues with. The first is that it often tastes as if it has been sitting in the warming dishes for quite a while. The second is that there is not much selection for the price you pay. There are other Chinese buffets in the city with much better selection. They may be a little more expensive, but the food is better and there is a lot more selection. Ultimately, it's fine, but there are better options...
